Precision Digital Bench-Top Scales
These scales are 10 times more accurate than our other bench-top scales. The tare function lets you reset the scale to zero after placing a container on the platform. All include an adapter so you can plug them in for power. Styles A-C and E can also run on batteries.
Style D and E scales have a check-weigh mode to notify you if an item falls outside a set weight range and a counting mode to keep tally as you add or remove pieces. They can transfer data to a printer or computer—just connect an RS-232 cord (not included) via their DB9 port. Style D scales have a density determination mode to help measure the density of solids and liquids.
Density determination kits include a thermometer, holder, beaker, beaker holder, and replacement pan assembly to measure your sample both in liquid and in air.

Precision Legal-for-Trade Bench-Top Scales
Ten times more accurate than standard bench-top scales, these scales are extremely precise. They’re NTEP approved for measuring materials sold by weight. Use the scale’s counting mode to keep a tally of your measurements as you add or remove items to the scale. Operate the scale wirelessly—they run on a rechargeable battery. Or use the included adapter to plug them into an outlet and run them constantly. To print or transfer your data to a computer, connect an RS-232 computer cord (not included).

Linear Scales with Digital Readout
This digital readout (DRO) system displays precise positioning on one axis. For use with machines that perform dry machining and cutting applications, such as table saws, band saws, planers, and drill presses. These scales have zero-position memory, also known as absolute (ABS) positioning, which retains the measuring position when the scale is off. A zero-set button lets you start measuring at any point.

Increase the accuracy of your manual machine when you fit it with a linear scale. These scales have an LCD that displays exact positioning on one axis. They have zero-position memory, also known as absolute (ABS) positioning, which retains the measuring position when the scale is off. A zero-set button lets you start measuring at any point. SPC data output allows for connection to a computer or data processor.
053906B model comes with mounting brackets for installation on Bridgeport-type milling machines. It requires a 10-pin data cable and Mitutoyo 10-Pin to USB adapter to connect to your PC.
USB data cable (sold separately) connects the scale directly to your PC.
10-pin data cables (sold separately) connect the scale to a Mitutoyo miniprocessor or multiplexer.
Mitutoyo 10-Pin to USB Adapter (sold separately) adapts Mitutoyo 10-pin SPC cables for connection to a USB port on your PC.
Wireless data transmitter and receiver (sold separately) allow you to transmit measurement data from a scale to your PC without being tethered by a cable.
Display freeze adapter (sold separately) keeps the measurement displayed on the LCD even if the encoder is repositioned.

Mitutoyo Vernier Depth Gauges
These gauges have two scales for fine adjusting—a main scale and a sliding vernier scale. The vernier scale takes the space between graduation marks on the main scale and divides them into smaller increments for an accurate depth reading. Use the adjustment screw on the vernier scale for fine tuning. Designed for durability, these analog gauges are good for measuring the depth of small holes and slots in machine shops where they’ll get frequent use. They are often used to set the cutting depth for milling tools and counterbores.
Gauges with a hook end can measure the depth of lips, grooves, and other projected or recessed features that a gauge with a straight end could not access.
