Moisture-Resistant Polyethylene (HDPE) Sheets, Bars, and Strips
Practically nonabsorbent, these sheets, bars, and strips won't swell when exposed to water. They’re harder and denser than LDPE, plus they’re more chemical resistant. They are often machined into plugs, seals, and containers.
If you don't see the size you're looking for, please specify length and width under additional sheet sizes.

Wear-Resistant Easy-to-Machine Delrin® Acetal Resin Sheets, Bars, and Strips
These sheets, bars, and strips resist expanding when exposed to heat and moisture, so they can be easily machined to close tolerances. They also have a naturally slippery, wear-resistant surface. Use them to make precision gears, bushings, and bearings. Delrin® acetal resin, also known as acetal homopolymer, is stronger and stiffer than acetal copolymer.
White sheets, bars, and strips are FDA compliant for contact with food.
Adhesive-back strips are made of Delrin® that is FDA compliant and meets UL 94 HB; however, their adhesive does not meet these specifications.

A satin texture on one side of these PETG sheets makes them semiclear. The satin side is more resistant to scratching and glare than standard PETG. The other side is smooth. You can see light from the other side, but not detailed shapes. They’re often formed into complex shapes such as displays, signs, and trays, and are easy to cut with sheet metal shears. These sheets have better impact strength than Plexiglas® Acrylic and can be used in similar applications.

Shim Stock
Cut it into custom shapes to fit your application. Sheets come flat packed.
For accurate leveling, choose materials such as steel or stainless steel, which are hard enough to resist scratching and deforming. Softer shims, like copper or aluminum, can be used as wear plates between components that rub together, preventing damage to equipment. Metal shims include a material certificate with traceable lot number. Most shims include a test report.
PTFE plastic shim stock is slippery, so it can be used to reduce friction between parts. It also has excellent chemical resistance.
