Countersunk Cushioning Washers
Protect countersunk holes from damage and wear. During installation, these washers act as a protective barrier, so the screw head doesn't scratch the surface. After your screw is installed, they work like other cushioning washers by damping vibration and protecting from wear. These washers are made from nylon, so they are stronger than polycarbonate and UHMW washers. Exposure to moisture may cause them to expand.
