Battery-Powered Plastic Pipe and Tubing Bevelers

Lightweight and portable, these battery-powered bevelers cut faster than manual ones. Use them to quickly and safely create smooth beveled edges on plastic pipe and tubing so that cement distributes evenly for a leak-tight connection. An adjustable guide plate helps you cut an accurate, even edge all the way around the pipe. The outside beveler guard protects you from the router bit and flying plastic shavings.

Manual Plastic Pipe and Tubing Bevelers

Add smooth, beveled edges on plastic pipe and tubing to help you create leak-tight cement connections—these bevelers are quicker and more effective than files and power saws. They have two blades: one that cuts and one that supports the cutting blade, making sure it maintains contact with the pipe. When the cutting blade dulls, you can sharpen it. Adapt these bevelers to fit different pipe OD’s and wall thicknesses using their adjustable guide, which rests against the pipe’s ID. For smooth, continuous rotation, they turn with a crank handle and have a felt-padded V-saddle that sits against the pipe’s OD.

Before you start beveling, clamp the pipe in a vise so it doesn’t turn as you cut.

Plastic Pipe and Tubing Beveler Adapters for Cordless Grinders

Add these adapters onto cordless grinders in order to bevel smooth edges on plastic pipe and tubing, which help you create leak-tight cement connections. They cut using carbide router bits (sold separately). To set the length of the beveled edge and ensure an even bevel all the way around, there’s an adjustable guide that you hold perpendicular to the pipe as you cut. All come with an outside beveler guard, which covers the router bit’s sharp edges and stops plastic shavings from flying out.

Inside Beveler Guards—Swap outside beveler guards for inside beveler guards if you want to bevel the inside edge of pipe and tubing instead.
