    Clevis Pins with Toggle
    3D CAD models available

Push these pins into place and lock without the need for a separate cotter pin. The toggle swivels so you can insert the pin into a hole and then swivels back to secure. These have a flat, low-profile head to fit in tight spaces. They're less likely to get in the way than loop- or ring-grip pins but aren’t as easy to grab if you want to remove them frequently.
    Steel
Zinc-Plated Carbon Steel—These pins withstand occasional exposure to moisture. However, since friction from moving parts can wear away the finish, they're not ideal for wet environments. While not nearly as corrosion resistant as stainless steel, they are stronger and won’t deform under stress.

For components you need to lock in place but also disconnect frequently, these pins have a toggle end and large loop handle. No need for a separate cotter pin, the toggle swivels so you can insert into a hole and then swivels back to secure. Fold down the handle to save space when installed.

    Ring-Grip Clevis Pins with Toggle
    3D CAD models available

Attach a lanyard or tags to the split ring on these pins, and then lock them in place with the toggle. As you push the pin into a hole, the toggle swivels so you can insert and then swivels back to secure—no need for a separate cotter pin. The ring folds down out of the way to save space when installed.

    Strong-Hold Clevis Pins with Toggle
    3D CAD models available

A spring holds these tighter than other toggle pins so they won’t slide or rattle around in the hole. No need for a separate cotter pin, the toggle swivels so you can insert the pin into a hole and then swivels back to lock. These have a flat, low-profile head to fit in tight spaces. They're less likely to get in the way than loop- or ring-grip pins but aren’t as easy to grab if you want to remove them frequently.
    Corrosion-Resistant Stainless Steel
Super-Corrosion-Resistant 316 Stainless Steel—Our most corrosion-resistant pins, these hold up in just about any environment. They won't degrade from exposure to weather, salt water, and most chemicals. Like 18-8 stainless steel, they're strong enough to fasten most components but won't withstand stress and vibration as well as steel.
