High-Security Padlocks
Protect your most valuable items with our most secure padlocks. From top-to-bottom and inside-out, these padlocks were designed and tested to stand up to different kinds of break-in methods. They’re certified EN 12320 to prevent access from lockpicking, drilling, cutting, prying, and hammering. If someone tries drilling the lock, a free-spinning plate within the key cylinder spins continuously to prevent the drill from penetrating the cylinder. The shackle locks at both ends to keep it from being forced open, and it’s made of boron carbide—the hardest and most cut-resistant shackle material available. Hardened for strength, the steel body resists breaking if struck. For extra security, these padlocks are keyed differently, meaning the same key can’t be used with multiple locks.
EN 12320 designates levels of security for padlocks on a scale of 1 to 6. Grade 5 means these padlocks were tested against powerful blows, cutting, drilling, pulling, and twisting.

Cut-Resistant Padlocks
Difficult to cut and pry open, the shackles on these padlocks are protected by shoulders. Choose these padlocks if you need locks that each open with a different key. They have random key numbers.
Padlocks with chrome-plated steel bodies have added strength and an extra layer of protection against corrosion. Padlocks with hardened steel bodies are strong and withstand physical attacks better than padlocks with steel bodies. They also provide better corrosion resistance. Designated EN12320 Grade 4, they were tested against powerful blows, cutting, drilling, pulling, and twisting. Their shackles are boron carbide, the hardest and most cut-resistant shackle material.Padlocks with tumbler discs are difficult to pick. Padlocks with bump-resistant cylinders are the most tamper resistant—they have a tapered top pin that stays put to prevent unlocking when a tool is tapped into the lock.

Weather-Resistant Choose-a-Color Lockout Padlocks
Lock out equipment outdoors to prevent accidental startups during maintenance. These padlocks come in a variety of eye-catching colors that stand out from regular padlocks. To adhere to lockout identification practices, assign colors to individuals or departments, such as blue for plumbing and red for electrical. Use them with a hasp, chain, or another lockout device to comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 standards for safe lockouts. They're made from corrosion-resistant materials that hold up outside in rain or snow.
These padlocks have a pin-tumbler key locking mechanism, which is the most difficult locking mechanism to pick. The more pins the lock has, the harder it is to force open. Choose these padlocks if you need locks that each open with a different key. All have random key numbers.
Steel-body locks are stronger and hold up better against break-in attempts than brass-body locks. They’re enclosed in a plastic cover to protect against corrosion and to prevent adjacent surfaces from getting scuffed or dented. An additional plastic cover over the keyhole shields the lock’s internal components from water, snow, and other debris. Their shackle is made of boron carbide—the hardest and most cut-resistant shackle material available.

Weather-Resistant Choose-a-Color Keyed Alike Lockout Padlocks
Made from corrosion-resistant materials, these padlocks lock out equipment outdoors and come in a variety of bold colors that stand out from regular padlocks. The body of these locks is enclosed in a plastic cover to protect against physical damage and corrosion. To adhere to lockout identification practices, assign colors to individuals or functions, such as blue for plumbing and red for electrical. Use them with a hasp, chain, or another lockout device to comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 standards for safe lockouts.
Choose these padlocks if you need several locks that open with the same key. They have a pin-tumbler key locking mechanism, which is the most difficult locking mechanism to pick. The more pins a lock has, the harder it is to force open.

Weather-Resistant Extra-Clearance Resettable Combination Padlocks
Fit the extra-long shackle on these padlocks over large hasps or chains to secure equipment outdoors. They’re made from materials that resist corrosion caused by rain and snow. Set your own combination and change it at any time.
Padlocks with a dual-locking shackle prevent attempts to break them open from prying, shimming, or tapping because both ends of the shackle lock inside the body. Those with an octagonal shackle are harder to cut than those with a round shackle.
Brass-body locks are the most corrosion resistant.
Boron carbide shackles are the hardest and most cut-resistant shackle material. They also resist corrosion better than hardened steel shackles.
Style B padlocks have a plastic cover to protect the rolling digits from freezing, corroding, or jamming caused by rain and debris.

Weather- and Cut-Resistant Resettable Combination Padlocks
Shoulders cover most of the shackle, making it difficult to access and cut. These padlocks resist corrosion for outdoor use. Set your own combination and change it at any time.
Brass-body locks are more corrosion resistant than hardened steel-body locks. They also have a boron carbide shackle, which is harder and more corrosion resistant than a hardened steel shackle.
