Self-Aligning Slide-Bolt Latches
The strike has angled ends, so these latches can accept their bolt even when doors become misaligned. All latches are reversible for right- and left-hand mounting.
Brass- and zinc-plated steel latches should be used in mostly dry environments. The plating offers temporary rust protection, but once it wears away the steel will rust.
304 stainless steel latches will hold up in humid, damp, and washdown environments, but will corrode if exposed to salt water or chemicals.
