High-Accuracy Metering Pumps for Chemicals

These pumps meter a consistent amount of liquid within ±2% of the maximum flow. Often used to pump water-treatment chemicals, cleaning fluids, and electropolishing solutions, they have an adjustment dial that alters flow rate in 2% increments of the maximum flow. Fixed-Flow-Rate Metering Pumps for Chemicals
Also known as peristaltic pumps and tubing pumps, these maintain a fixed flow rate. Pumps are self-priming, which means they create a suction force to draw liquid upward and fill the pump chamber. Mount them up to 25 feet above your liquid source. All can run dry. Do not use with solids.
Pumps with Viton® fluoroelastomer tubing withstand oil such as gasoline and hydraulic oil.

For high-volume chemical sampling and draining, these pumps have a powerful motor that enables them to move 2,592 gallons of liquid per day. They're commonly used with ammonia, acid-washing solutions, and cleaning fluids. Motor is open dripproof (ODP) for use in clean, dry, and well-ventilated environments. Miniature Metering Pumps for Chemicals

With a footprint that's only a few inches in any direction, these pumps fit into compact systems to dispense small amounts of acids, cleaning fluids, and other chemicals. Metering Pumps for Coolants and Oils

Use these pumps for high-pressure output of antifreeze, hydraulic oil, and motor oil. They have an internal relief valve to prevent pressure buildup. The adjustment dial alters flow rate in 1% increments of the maximum flow. Pumps have a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) motor for use in dusty, dirty, and damp environments. Calibration Columns

Calibrate the flow rate of metering pumps. A graduated scale with zero at the top lets you easily see how much fluid is lost over the course of a one-minute test. This will tell you your pump’s flow rate. Periodic testing helps alert you to issues in your system, such as worn or dirty valves. Checking the flow rate after performing maintenance ensures your pump is working properly.
Install the column between your reservoir and pump. They require shutoff access to your reservoir and an on/off valve (not included) at the point where they connect to your system. To start the test, open the on/off valve as the system is running to fill the column with fluid up to the zero mark. Shut off the valve and wait one minute before observing the liquid level in the column. After you've taken the reading, close the on/off valve to the column and reopen access to the reservoir.
Borosilicate glass calibration columns and their fittings stand up to sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and other corrosive chemicals.
