UV and White Light Inspection Flashlights

Make surface defects stand out—these flashlights have a UV light that illuminates fluorescent dyes, particles, and chemicals so you can identify cracks and pores on parts or find leaks in your system. These flashlights also have a white LED bulb that shines a focused, even beam for normal flashlight uses. The head bends up to 90° so you can direct light where you need to when holding them in tight spaces. A strong magnet on the opposite end lets you stick them onto magnetic surfaces for hands-free use.

UV and White Light Inspection Headlamps

Detect leaks and contamination while keeping both your hands free. These headlamps use UV light to reveal dyes, particles, and chemicals with fluorescent qualities, making cracks and defects easy to spot. Each headlamp also has a regular LED light to see in dim and dark areas. Both bulbs emit a focused, uniform light beam that works best for close-up inspections.
Headlamps with a motion sensor switch between brightnesses, beam patterns, and bulb types with a wave of your hand. They’re helpful when your gloves are oily or dirty. You can also press a button to switch between these modes. The additional bull’s eye beam pattern has a wide angle to illuminate at a distance.

Ceiling- and Wall-Mount UV Inspection Lights

Shine UV light over large work areas to uncover leaks, cracks, and contaminants. These lights illuminate fluorescent dyes, particles, and other chemicals, making defects easy to spot. Fasten them to a wall or ceiling, so you’ll have both hands free to adjust what you’re inspecting or make repairs.
Lights with ultraviolet LED bulbs last longer, are more efficient, and generate less heat than lights with fluorescent bulbs.
Lights that cannot be sold to the listed areas are restricted due to local regulatory limits on mercury.

Compact UV and White Light Video Microscopes

Catch defects you’d otherwise miss by switching between UV light and white light. The UV LEDs on these microscopes illuminate fluorescent dyes, particles, and chemicals, making leaks and cracks easy to spot. The white LEDs mimic natural daylight for clear, shadow-free inspections of fine details. If you’re working with reflective surfaces, adjust the brightness of the white light to reduce glare. An alternative to borescopes, they're often squeezed into dark, tight spaces. While slim and roughly 4” long, these microscopes can make objects appear up to 220 times larger.
Connect them to a computer to watch a live feed of your inspection and record photos and videos with the included software. The software also lets you measure the object you’re viewing.

UV and White Light Magnifying Glasses

Switch between UV light and white light to catch defects you'd otherwise miss with these hand-held magnifiers. Their UV LEDs illuminate fluorescent dyes and particles, making leaks, cracks, and tears easy to spot. The white light LEDs mimic natural daylight for a crisp, clear view of fine details. For even lighting with no shadows, both types of light are arranged in a ring. Adjust the brightness with the dimmer to reduce glare on reflective surfaces. These magnifiers have an ESD (electrostatic discharge) safe coating that dissipates static electricity, so they won’t pass along harmful charges if they touch sensitive components.

UV and White Light Clamp-On Workstation Magnifiers

Switch between UV light and white light to catch defects you'd otherwise miss. The UV LEDs on these magnifiers illuminate fluorescent dyes, particles, and chemicals, making leaks, cracks, and tears easy to spot. The white light LEDs mimic natural daylight for a crisp, clear view of fine details. Both types of light are arranged in a ring, giving you even lighting with no shadows. Adjust the brightness with the dimmer to reduce glare on reflective surfaces. Made of glass, the lens gives you a clearer view than a plastic lens and is less likely to scratch. These magnifiers have an ESD (electrostatic discharge) safe coating that dissipates static electricity, so they won’t pass along harmful charges if they come in contact with sensitive components.
These magnifiers clamp onto the edge of a workbench, so you’ll have space for large objects and both hands free for adjustments, repairs, and note-taking. They have a long arm that pivots 360° and stays steady even when there’s vibration. The spring that moves the arm is enclosed, which means it won’t get jammed from dirt or debris.

Detect UV-reflective materials that are invisible to the naked eye with these bulbs. They contain a blue filter that absorbs the visible light they produce while allowing long wave ultraviolet (UV-A) light to pass through. They appear black when turned off. These bulbs are not for use in bug zappers. A bulb’s estimated yearly cost is based on 3 hours of usage per day at $0.11 per kWh.
Bulbs cannot be sold to the listed areas because they exceed local regulatory limits on mercury.
