Place an O-ring onto one of these sizing cones to determine the size of your O-ring.
Cone for 1/4” to 3” ID ranges comes with a sizing tape to identify large O-rings with a 3 1/8” to 8” ID. This two-piece measuring system identifies 226 dash numbers.
Cone for 6 mm to 69 mm ID ranges identifies the actual O-ring size.
Cone for 1/4" to 5 5/8" ID ranges identifies 209 dash numbers.
O-Ring Sizing Gauges
When you are unsure of the size of your O-ring, this sliding gauge is for O-rings with 1/32” to 13” ID ranges. It identifies 312 dash numbers. The extended length is 25”.
