Full-Cone Misting Nozzles
These nozzles provide small, atomized spray droplets for cooling, moistening, and humidifying applications. They're also a good choice for applying coatings and dust control. All are easy to clean and have a strainer.
Brass nozzles have good corrosion resistance.
416 stainless steel nozzles are stronger than brass nozzles and offer mild corrosion resistance.

Full-Cone No-Drip Misting Nozzles
A check valve prevents the nozzle from dripping when it is turned off. All have a strainer. They provide small, atomized spray droplets for cooling, moistening, and humidifying applications. They're also a good choice for applying coatings and dust control. Made from 303 stainless steel, they're chemical, corrosion, and abrasion resistant.

Full-Cone Ultra-Fine Air-Powered Misting and Fogging Nozzles
Mixing compressed air and liquid together, these nozzles create an ultra-fine, uniform spray without using high pressures. Also known as air-atomizing nozzles, they make droplets that are less than half the size of other fogging nozzles. Use them for mist coating, evaporative cooling, moisturizing, and spray drying. They have a knob to control the flow rate. Made from brass, they have good corrosion resistance.
Nozzles with droplet sizes of 20 microns to 60 microns are good for moisturizing, coating, evaporative cooling, and dust suppression.
Nozzles with droplet sizes of 60 microns to 200 microns are good for washing and applying lubricants.
Nozzle kits include a nozzle, Y-strainer, and air filter, giving you all the components you need to build a spraying system.
