About Air Cylinders
Select a cylinder, prolong its life by reducing wear, and trigger automated processes with sensors.
Nonrotating Round Body Air Cylinders
Keep tools from twisting while moving them back and forth. Instead of a round piston rod, these air cylinders have a square one that prevents rotation as they extend and retract. With a round body and no tie rods on the outside, they fit in tight spaces. They’re double acting, meaning they pull loads as well as push them—and do so with equal force.
The piston is magnetic, so you can use these cylinders with sensors (sold separately) to activate relays and controllers. When the piston moves past a sensor, the sensor activates. You can use multiple sensors—one for each action you want to trigger.

Nonrotating Compact Tie Rod Air Cylinders
These cylinders have two parallel piston rods that prevent the head from twisting as they extend and retract. They pack force into a smaller footprint than our other tie rod cylinders. Cylinders have holes for mounting; the back end must be mounted against a solid surface.
Sensor-ready cylinders have a magnetic piston that can activate relays and controllers when used with one or more sensors (sold separately).

Cylinders have two parallel piston rods that prevent twisting as they extend and retract. Made to fit the most common mounting footprint, these cylinders have an NFPA (National Fluid Power Association) industry-standard footprint, ensuring easy interchangeability. They have a magnetic piston so you can use them with sensors (sold separately) to activate relays and controllers.
Cushioned cylinders have adjustable air cushions that absorb piston impact to minimize wear and noise.

Thin-Profile Flexible-Mount Nonrotating Air Cylinders
Mount these cylinders wherever you need them—cylinders have holes on each side and the front, add attachments (not included) to provide many mounting options. These cylinders also have a non-rotating oval piston that prevents twisting as the piston rod extends and retracts. Piston is magnetic, so you can use these cylinders with sensors (not included) to activate relays and controllers.
