Grooved-End Iron Pipe Fittings

The grooved ends on these fittings connect to pipe with a clamp to easily install piping systems. Since there’s no heat or threading required, they provide quick access to a pipe line for routine maintenance. Fittings are also known as Victaulic fittings. They are for use in noncorrosive applications.
Clamps have a two-piece housing that can remain intact for installation.

Easy-Access CPVC Pipe for Chemicals

- For Use With: Acetic Acid (10%), Calcium Chloride, Deionized Water, Hydrochloric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Salt Water, Water
- Temperature Range: 40° to 200° F
Also known as Victaulic pipe, this pipe has grooved ends that connect to fittings with a clamp, so you can access your line for routine maintenance. Pipe is CPVC, which has excellent chemical resistance to withstand a variety of salt solutions, acids, and other harsh substances. It has thick, strong Schedule 80 walls for heavy duty chemical process applications. It is comparable to Corzan.
Warning: Never use plastic pipe fittings and pipe with compressed air or gas.

Gravity-Flow Polypropylene Pipe for Corrosive Chemical Waste
Made of polypropylene, this gravity-flow pipe stands up to tough organic solvents, such as acetone, that would dissolve CPVC pipe. You can also use it for lines with highly corrosive acids, such as hydrochloric acid, and alkalies. This pipe meets strict ASTM specifications and testing requirements for material quality and product dimensions. It also meets ASTM and UL flammability standards. This pipe is known as schedule 40 pipe.
Connect clamp-on fittings to the grooved-ends of this pipe when you need frequent access to your line. If you need to trim down the pipe, you'll need a grooving tool (sold separately) to add a groove for your fitting. For a permanent connection, fuse socket-connect fittings on with an electrofusion tool (sold separately).
