Ultra-Thin Rigid Millboard Insulation Sheets for Furnaces
Thinner than most rigid insulation for furnaces and other high-heat applications, these millboard sheets are also used for gasket fabrication. Insulation performs best at temperatures above 1000° F.
Mineral Wool Pipe Insulation
These insulation tubes and sheets meet ASTM E84 standards for flame and smoke. They are typically used in process piping and mechanical systems and perform best at temperatures up to 600° F. To use outdoors, add metal jacketing.
Sheets with adhesive-filled V-grooves create a temporary hold to make installation easier.

Flame-Resistant Flexible Synthetic Fiber Duct Insulation Sheets

Also known as fire wrap, these flame-resistant sheets meet ASTM E84 0/0 for flame and smoke and create a fire barrier around rectangular and round ductwork. They are often used to wrap kitchen grease exhaust ducts and air ducts. Seal with reinforced HVAC tape (sold separately).
Ceiling Tiles
High-density mineral fiber tiles have a thick coat of latex paint, making them durable enough to withstand bumps and scrapes.Tiles with recessed edges are indented on all four edges so the installed tile face extends below the support framing.
Because of their scattered, non-directional pattern, fissured and fine fissured tiles can be installed in any direction. This reduces installation time and scrap material. Fine fissured tiles have a smoother appearance than regular fissured tiles because of their smaller crevices. Directional fissured tiles create a more uniform appearance than the fissured and fine fissured tiles.
Ceiling tiles that absorb 70% of sound are best for busy environments, since they reduce how far voices will carry in an open office. Ceiling tiles that absorb 80% of sound are best for noisy environments such as conference halls and performance spaces.

Made from a blend of ceramic and mineral fiber, these tiles have excellent resistance to moisture, making them great for labs, food prep spaces, and even areas with standing water. They’re also treated to prevent the growth of bacteria, mold, and mildew. A fine fissured texture gives these tiles a dotted, nondirectional pattern. Install them in any direction to help you cut down on installation time and scrap material.

Sound Barrier Ceiling Tiles
Keep sounds in noisy spaces from traveling to quiet ones. With the highest Ceiling Attenuation Class (CAC) rating, these ceiling tiles block sound from entering or exiting a room. They also absorb 80% of the sound within a room, so they help keep workspaces quiet. Made of mineral fiber, they're durable enough to withstand bumps and scrapes.
