    Flush Nozzle

Direct shielding gas towards welds and protect contact tips from molten metal.
Recessed Nozzle—Recessed nozzles are the most common and work well in most welding applications. They let your wire stick out 1/2”-3/4” from the contact tip, so the tip is away from the high heat of the arc and lasts longer. When your wire sticks out, there is also less of a chance it will melt and fuse to the contact tip.
Flush Nozzle—Flush nozzles let your wire stick out 1/4”-1/2” from the contact tip, so the tip is close to your workpiece. These nozzles are good for welding thin materials under low voltages, decreasing the risk of burning through your workpiece.

    MIG Gun Gas Diffusers
    3D CAD models available

Image of Product. Front orientation. MIG Gun Gas Diffusers.
Conduct electricity to your contact tip and evenly distribute shielding gas for high-quality welds. These diffusers reduce turbulence so the gas stays where you need it, which shields the weld and keeps it strong by preventing oxidation and pitting.
