Strut Channel Nuts with Springs

A spring plus serrated grooves that grip the lip of the channel provide a more secure hold than standard strut channel nuts.
Zinc-plated steel nuts are corrosion resistant in wet environments.
316 stainless steel nuts have excellent resistance to chemicals and salt water.

Strut Channel Nuts with Studs

There's no need for additional fasteners with these nuts—they combine a strut channel nut with a spring and a threaded stud. The spring plus serrated grooves that grip the lip of the channel provide a more secure hold than standard strut channel nuts.
Zinc-plated steel nuts are corrosion resistant in wet environments. 304 stainless steel nuts are more corrosion resistant than zinc-plated steel nuts. They also have good chemical resistance.

T-Slotted Framing Fasteners
Screw and nut sets or nuts secure brackets and other accessories to rails.
Drop-in fasteners fit directly into the T-slot to attach components—no need to disassemble your existing structure. However, they form less secure connections than end-feed fasteners because less surface area touches the rail.

Spring-tab nuts have a flexible tab on the side that holds them in place on vertical rails. It also compensates for different slot depths.

Spring nuts hold themselves in place, so they won't slide down vertical rails.
Spring-loaded ball nuts hold themselves in place, so they won’t slide down vertical rails. The ball glides over holes, so they’re easy to reposition.
Button head screws are more compact, so they're better for tight spaces than other screws for T-slotted framing.
Flanged button head screws have a wider head than standard button head fasteners, so you don’t need a washer for wide mounting holes.
Offset nuts have a mounting hole close to one end, so you can install them next to corners and rail ends.

Metric No-Slip Clip-On Barrel Nuts

A barrel with multiple threads ensures secure thread engagement. Also known as U-style clip-on nuts, these nuts firmly clip onto the edge of panels and stay secure.
Zinc-plated steel clip-on nuts are corrosion resistant in wet envrionments.
Black-phosphate steel clip-on nuts are mildly corrosion resistant in dry environments.

Also known as G-nuts, these nuts have a G-shaped body that slips around the lip of a flanged panel. Position them over a mounting hole near the panel’s edge to create a fastening point. Since their threads float inside the retainer, you can install a bolt at a slight angle to align off-center parts.
