Nylon Mesh Cushioned Quick-Change Sanding
Discs for Masonry, Ceramics, and Composites
When you need to achieve a more consistent finish, choose nylon mesh sanding discs over paper- or cloth-backed discs. The mesh flexes to compensate for uneven sanding pressure as you sand. It's embedded with silicon carbide, which is sharp enough to cut through hard nonmetals such as masonry, ceramics, and composites. It costs less than diamond but will not last as long. The very fine grade is good for light scratch removal, finishing, and polishing. A special fastener on the back of these discs allows you to easily swap one disc for another. Choose the fastener style that matches your tool or backup pad.

Adhesive-Back Sanding Discs for Masonry, Ceramics, and Composites
Coated with diamond grit, use these discs for sanding hard nonmetals. Diamond's exceptional hardness makes it the best choice for sanding masonry, ceramics, and composites. It lasts longer than silicon carbide and has excellent heat dissipation, preventing material buildup. These discs have a pattern of widely spaced abrasive grains that prevents dust and debris from building up on the abrasive surface.
Press onto a compatible sanding tool or backup pad (sold separately); peel off to remove. Also known as PSA discs. To maintain strong adhesion, clean the pad surface with mild alcohol before applying. Do not use aggressive cleaning solvents such as MEK or acetone, which can damage the adhesive.

Floor Sanding Discs

Silicon carbide discs are sharp enough to sand concrete floors. You can also use them to sand wood floors, but they’ll wear out quicker than ceramic alumina discs. Clog-resistant discs have a coating that prevents dust and debris from building up on the abrasive surface.

Multipurpose Grinding Wheels for Angle Grinders
Grind a variety of materials, such as metal, fiberglass, and ceramics. These grinding wheels work with aluminum when properly lubricated. The diamond abrasive is core bonded to expose more abrasive particles, so they’ll last longer and outperform traditional grinding wheels with fewer sparks and less odor. Also known as (AVOS) Type 29 wheels, they have an upside-down dish shape for a large contact area.

Heavy-Removal Grinding Wheels for Angle Grinders—Use on Nonmetals
Wheels have a large surface area and a thick layer of rough abrasive for heavy material removal on concrete and stone. They are also known as Type 11 wheels, flared-cup wheels, snagging wheels, and cup stones.
