About Paint and Ink Markers
Paint markers work well even on dirty, rusty, wet, and oily surfaces. They leave textured marks you can feel with your hand.
Ink markers work best on a clean, dry surface. Marks dry faster than paint and are smooth to the touch.
Both paint and ink markers are permanent.

High-Purity Ink Markers
Containing only trace amounts of chlorides and other halogens, these markers safely write on materials that are prone to stress cracking, such as stainless steel and titanium. Also known as T.E.C. markers, their ink is trace element certified. They meet standards for quality at aerospace manufacturers such as GE and Rolls-Royce, and are also used in the electronics and nuclear energy industries. Each marker is stenciled with the ink’s batch number for traceability. They work best on clean surfaces.

Bench-Top Laser Cutters
Make custom parts, quick prototypes, and intricate engravings with these cutters—they’re the most accurate cutters we offer. Small enough to fit on a desk, they won’t take up floor space in your facility. Connect them to your computer via Ethernet, USB, or Wi-Fi to create designs, manage settings, and start cutting jobs. These cutters include a camera that shows a live feed of the working area, so you can adjust your material’s position and monitor cuts.
An air compressor mounted next to the laser blows cool air as it cuts, clearing debris and keeping parts from charring. These cutters also have a cooling system that uses air or water to keep the laser tube from overheating. To remove dust and fumes, direct exhaust to a well-ventilated area or connect to an air filtration system. Not for use on metal or vinyl polymers, such as PVC, polycarbonate, or PTFE.
Light duty cutters are best for prototyping and one-off jobs, since they’re smaller and lighter in weight than heavy duty cutters. Their laser tube is glass, so it won’t last as long as the aluminum and ceramic tube in heavy duty cutters. These cutters include a rotary attachment that turns material as it’s being cut, so you can shape or engrave tubing and other round objects. They also include an exhaust hose. They’re compatible with CADLaser, CorelLaser, LightBurn, and RDWorks software.
Cutters that cannot be sold to the listed areas are restricted by product regulations.

Heavy duty cutters are made in the U.S. with an all-metal construction that stands up to frequent use and long production runs. The laser tube is a blend of aluminum and ceramic that lasts longer and makes finer cuts than glass tubes. For the cleanest possible cuts, these cutters automatically raise or lower your material so it’s the correct distance from the laser head.
Use the touchscreen to access saved designs, move the laser, and adjust settings without connecting to your computer. With 1 GB of internal storage, you can save and repeat frequent jobs. You can also test a design before you cut by tracing the outline with a beam of light. These cutters can read files from any design software, including AutoCAD, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and they’re compatible with EpilogSuite.
These cutters have a 4” exhaust port rather than a hose—connect it to an air filtration system or an exhaust blower that’s rated at least 350 CFM. Add a 4" lens (sold separately) for a highly focused beam that can cut through thicker materials. Use a rotary attachment (sold separately) to turn tubes and other round objects as they’re being cut.
