Penetrating Lubricants
Cut through dirt, grease, and rust, loosen stuck fasteners, and protect tools and equipment with these thin, multipurpose lubricants.
Lubricants with PTFE provide long-lasting lubrication. Lubricants with silicone are clear, have excellent moisture resistance, and can be used on most rubber and plastic.
Lubricants cannot be sold to the listed regions due to import regulations, product labeling requirements, or regulatory limits on VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
Tri-Flow cleans, lubricates, and protects, even in extreme temperatures. Tri-Flow Pin Point has a precision-tip applicator.
Food Industry Penetrating Lubricants
For use in food-processing and preparation areas, these thin, multipurpose lubricants are NSF registered H1 for incidental food contact. Use them to cut through dirt, grease, and rust, loosen stuck fasteners, and protect tools and equipment.
Lubricants with silicone are clear, have excellent water resistance, and can be used on rubber. Not for use on painted surfaces.

High-Pressure Food Industry Penetrating Lubricants
Formulated to handle high loads and temperatures, these lubricants are NSF registered H1 for incidental food contact. Use them with chain and gears in food-processing and preparation areas and with hinges on ovens. They cut through dirt, grease, and rust, loosen stuck fasteners, and protect tools and equipment. Lubricants go on as a foam to cling to parts and resist dripping.
Food Industry Penetrating Lubricants for Chain
For use in food-processing and preparation areas, use these lubricants to cut through dirt, grease, and rust, and to protect chain and other moving metal parts.
Lubricants that are NSF registered H1 or that meet FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 are rated for incidental contact with food.Thin lubricants penetrate into small crevices in chain.
Biodegradable Food Industry Penetrating Lubricants for Chain
Protect chain and other moving metal parts found in food-processing and preparation equipment while limiting environmental impact. These lubricants are NSF registered H1 for incidental food contact and are considered Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EAL) by the EPA’s Vessel General Permit. To qualify as an EAL, a lubricant must be able to quickly break down in water. Use them to cut through dirt, grease, and rust, and to protect metal surfaces.
Penetrating Lubricants for Chain
For use with roller chain and other moving metal parts, these thin lubricants cut through dirt, grease, and rust, withstand heavy loads, and resist wear.
Lubricants with moly (molybdenum disulfide) withstand high loads and have excellent wear resistance. Lubricants with PTFE provide long-lasting lubrication.
Lubricants that cannot be sold to the regions listed exceed local regulatory limits on VOC (volatile organic compounds).
Foaming Penetrating Lubricants for Chain
These lubricants foam when applied, so they don’t drip while sinking into roller chain and other moving metal parts. They dry to form a film that prevents dust, dirt, and corrosion. Formulated to withstand heavy loads, use these multipurpose lubricants to cut through dirt, grease, and rust, and to protect chain and other moving metal parts.
Moisture-Resistant Penetrating Lubricants for Chain
Thick to cling to wet surfaces, these corrosion-resistant lubricants won’t wash off of chain or other moving metal parts in wet environments. They withstand heavy loads, cut through dirt, grease, and rust, and protect metal surfaces.
Penetrating Lubricants for Wire Rope and Cable
By traveling along individual strands and penetrating to the core of wire rope and cable, these lubricants maximize coverage to prevent rust and reduce wear. They cut through dirt, grease, and rust to protect wire rope and cable. All have PTFE, so they leave no residue. They come in a pen for precision applications.

Moisture-Resistant Gear Box Grease
Made with moisture-resistant calcium sulfonate thickener, this grease resists washing off and reduces corrosion and oxidation in wet environments. Its zinc additive neutralizes acid and makes it a good replacement for leaded grease.
NLGI viscosity grade is a rating of a grease’s consistency. NLGI 000 is about the consistency of ketchup.
Grease lubricates most efficiently within the listed temperature range. Melting temperature is the point at which grease will fail and run out of equipment, leaving it to run dry.

Moisture-Resistant Open Gear and Chain Grease
Made with moisture-resistant calcium sulfonate thickener, this grease resists washing off and reduces corrosion in wet environments while still lubricating under heavy loads. Its zinc additive neutralizes acid and makes it a good replacement for leaded grease. Tackier than gear box grease, it sticks to open gears and roller chain.
NLGI viscosity grade is a rating of a grease's consistency. NLGI 1 is about the consistency of tomato paste. NLGI 2.5 is between the consistencies of peanut butter and vegetable shortening.

Food Industry Open Gear and Chain Grease
For use in food-processing and preparation areas, this grease is NSF registered H1 or meets FDA Compliant 21 CFR 178.3570 for incidental contact with food. It's tacky to stick to open gears and roller chain.
NLGI viscosity grade is a rating of a grease's consistency. NLGI 2 is about the consistency of peanut butter.
Mineral-oil-based grease, derived from petroleum, is more economical than synthetic-oil-based grease. It has aluminum thickener, which provides excellent oxidation resistance and good moisture resistance.
Grease lubricates most efficiently within the listed temperature range. Melting temperature is the point at which grease will fail and run out of equipment, leaving it to run dry. Nonmelting grease can be used at temperatures above the maximum temperature briefly, but then will break down more quickly.

Overhead Door Dry-Film Lubricants
Spray these wear-resistant lubricants on rollers, hinges, and tracks of overhead doors to reduce friction and noise. These silicone lubricants repel water for use outdoors. Once dry, they form a thin lubricating layer that won’t rub off or attract dust.
