Water Based—Use water-based coolants at full strength and apply by hand. They're sulfur free, and they won’t leave an oily residue. Do not use with magnesium.

They reduce friction between your cutting tool and workpiece to make cutting cycles faster and easier, improve surface finishes, and extend tool life. All resist running and dripping. They are chlorine free, for use where chlorine waste disposal is a concern, and sulfur free.

Tube—Lubricants in a tube dispense as a paste and are good for vertical applications.

Stick—Lubricants in a stick are solid and can be applied to cutting surfaces, such as band saw blades and drills bits.

Stamping and Drawing Vanishing Oil

Apply this oil to sheet metal up to 0.025” thick before stamping or drawing to extend die life. It quickly evaporates, leaving behind a thin, easy-to-clean film.
