Milling, Turning, and Sawing Lubricants for Aluminum and Copper
Also known as plumber's lard oil, these light-colored, sulfur-free lubricants won't stain soft metal, such as aluminum or copper. They reduce friction between your cutting tool and workpiece to make cutting cycles faster and easier, improve surface finishes, and extend tool life. Lubricants are chlorine free for use where chlorine waste disposal is a concern. Use at full strength.

Food Industry Milling, Turning, and Sawing Lubricants
For use in food-processing and preparation areas, these lubricants are NSF registered H1 for incidental food contact. They reduce friction between your cutting tool and workpiece to make cutting cycles faster and easier, improve surface finishes, and extend tool life. Lubricants are chlorine free, for use where chlorine waste disposal is a concern, and sulfur free. Use at full strength.

Solid and Paste Milling, Drilling, and Turning Coolants
An alternative to nearly dry machining, apply these coolants to tools before milling and machining to reduce heat with minimal cleanup. They’re often used with shallow drilling, reaming, and tapping, as well as on saw blades. Remove from tools and work surfaces with alcohol, methyl ethyl ketone, or a parts washer. They are chlorine free, for use where chlorine waste disposal is a concern, and sulfur free. Use at full strength.
Coolant in a jar is a paste. It can also be used as a bending and forming paste.

Milling, Drilling, and Turning Coolants for Nearly Dry Machining
Apply these coolants to your cutting tools before and during milling and machining to reduce heat with very little cleanup. They are chlorine free, for use where chlorine waste disposal is a concern, and sulfur free. Use at full strength.
Remove oil-based coolants with alcohol, methyl ethyl ketone, or a parts washer.
Grinding, Sanding, and Finishing Coolants
For general-purpose grinding, sanding, and finishing, these coolants prevent material from building up to ensure a high-quality finish and preserve tool life. All are sulfur free.
Dilute oil-based coolants with water. Mineral-oil-based coolants are economical for quick jobs and touch-ups. Semisynthetic-oil-based coolants are a mix of mineral and synthetic oil for extra lubricity and long-lasting performance.
Lubricants with chlorine resist high pressure and are for use with difficult-to-machine material, such as stainless steel and hard metal. Lubricants without chlorine can be used where chlorine waste disposal is a concern.

Long-Life Grinding, Sanding, and Finishing Coolants
Increase the time between coolant changes—wear-resistant properties allow these coolants to perform longer than standard grinding coolants. They prevent material from building up to ensure a high-quality finish and preserve tool life. Coolants inhibit bacteria growth to prevent foul odors. They are sulfur free. Dilute with water.
Mineral-oil-based coolants have chlorine additives to handle hard metal, such as stainless steel and titanium.
