Extra-Clearance Choose-a-Color Lockout Padlocks
With a tall shackle and a palette of colors to pick from, these locks are easy to spot around large hasps or thick chains. Assign a color to individuals or departments and use them with lockout devices to prevent people from using equipment during maintenance or repair. This helps you comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 safety procedures.
All have a pin-tumbler key locking mechanism, which is the most difficult locking mechanism to pick. The more pins a lock has, the harder it is to pick. Each opens with a different key, and all have random key numbers.
Style B locks have an aluminum body that resists corrosion better than locks with a steel body, but it’s not as strong. A plated shackle also makes them more reliable in harsh environments. Those with a copper-nickel-chrome-plated hardened steel shackle are plated with multiple layers to stand up to corrosion better than shackles with a single layer of chrome plating. Key-retaining locks don’t let you remove the key from the lock until you close the shackle. This makes sure you properly secure locks before walking away with the key.
Locks with a dual-locking shackle prevent attempts to force them open from prying, shimming, or tapping because both ends of the shackle lock inside the body.

Weather-Resistant Padlocks
Designed to brave the elements, these padlocks have a brass body that resists corrosion caused by rain and snow. Use them around your facility, both indoors and out, to prevent theft and unauthorized access. They have a pin-tumbler key locking mechanism that is extremely difficult to pick—the more pins the lock has, the harder it is to force it open. Choose these padlocks if you need locks that each open with a different key. All have random key numbers.
Padlocks with a dual-locking shackle prevent attempts to break them open from prying, shimming, or tapping because both ends of the shackle lock inside the padlock body.
Hardened steel shackles are stronger than stainless steel and brass shackles. Stainless steel shackles are the most corrosion resistant.
Style C have a plastic cover that shields the key cylinder from water, snow, and other outdoor elements. This added protection makes them great for securing equipment in harsh weather conditions. Plastic also surrounds the lock body to prevent physical damage to the exterior of the lock.

Weather-Resistant Choose-a-Color Lockout Padlocks with Labels
Lock out equipment outdoors to prevent accidental startups during maintenance. These padlocks come in a variety of colors that grab your attention and display a warning label that alerts you to locked-out machines. Assign colors to individuals or functions, such as blue for plumbing and red for electrical, to help meet lockout identification standards. Use them with a hasp, chain, or another lockout device to comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 standards for safe lockouts. To confirm equipment remains securely locked out during maintenance or repair, these padlocks retain the key in the cylinder until the shackle is relocked. Choose them if you need to lock out several devices with the same key.
These padlocks are made from materials that resist corrosion caused by rain and snow and have a plastic cover for an extra layer of protection. The cover also prevents them from scuffing nearby surfaces.
Brass-body locks resist corrosion better than aluminum-body locks. Aluminum-body locks are stronger than brass-body locks, which makes them more difficult to force open.
Steel shackles are plated with a combination of copper, nickel, and chrome for added corrosion resistance. They’re also stronger than stainless steel shackles.
Shackles with a plastic coating resist corrosion. They’re less conductive than uncoated shackles, so they’re safer to use when locking out electrical equipment.
Padlocks with a 3″ body height have room for a second label (not included). They are useful when you need to add warning messages in multiple languages.

Made from corrosion-resistant materials, these padlocks lock out equipment outdoors and come in a variety of bold colors that stand out from regular padlocks. The body of these locks is enclosed in a plastic cover to protect against physical damage and corrosion. To adhere to lockout identification practices, assign colors to individuals or functions, such as blue for plumbing and red for electrical. Use them with a hasp, chain, or another lockout device to comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 standards for safe lockouts.
Choose these padlocks if you need several locks that open with the same key. They have a pin-tumbler key locking mechanism, which is the most difficult locking mechanism to pick. The more pins a lock has, the harder it is to force open.
Brass-body locks resist corrosion better than steel-body locks. They have a brass shackle that is more corrosion resistant than boron carbide but not as strong.

Keyed Alike Lockout Padlocks with Labels
With an extra-long shackle, these padlocks fit around oversized hasps and thick chains on outdoor equipment to prevent accidental startup during maintenance. They come in a variety of colors that grab your attention and display a warning label to alert you to locked-out machines. To adhere to lockout identification practices, assign colors to individuals or departments, such as blue for plumbing and red for electrical. Use them with another lockout device to comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 standards for safe lockouts. They’re made from materials that resist corrosion caused by rain and snow. Their plastic cover protects the lock body and prevents them from damaging nearby surfaces.
These padlocks don’t let you remove the key from the lock until you close the shackle. This makes sure you properly secure locks before walking away with the key. Choose these locks if you need several locks that open with the same key.
Steel shackles are stronger than stainless steel shackles.
Padlocks with a plastic-coated shackle add a layer of protection against corrosion. They’re less conductive than uncoated shackles, so they’re safer to use when locking out electrical equipment.

Weather- and Cut-Resistant Master Keyed Padlocks
Shackle is concealed to make it difficult to cut. Choose these locks if you want individual locks or groups of locks that open with their own key, but also open with a master key. The included keys have random key numbers; master keys are sold separately. Stainless steel-body locks are more corrosion resistant than steel-body locks, but are not as strong.
Stainless steel shackles are more corrosion resistant than hardened steel shackles, but are not as strong.
Pin-tumbler key locking mechanisms are the most difficult locking mechanisms to pick. When choosing between padlocks with four or five pins, the lock with five pins is harder to pick.

Extra-Clearance Resettable Combination Padlocks
Fit the tall shackle of these locks around bulky parts, such as thick chains—it has over 1" of vertical clearance. Made of hardened steel, the shackle is strong enough to withstand bumps and scrapes without denting. With these locks, you can set your own combination and change it at any time. Since they don’t require a key to unlock, they’re useful when multiple people need to access secured equipment. They’re also handy if you need to switch the combination often.
Style B locks have a chrome-plated steel body, which stands up to scratches, bumps, and corrosion better than locks with a nickel-plated steel body.
Style C locks have a dual-locking shackle, so they prevent attempts to force them open from prying, shimming, or tapping because both ends of the shackle lock inside the body. Made of zinc, the body is corrosion resistant, but it's not as strong as a steel body.

TSA-Accessible Resettable Combination Padlocks
Secure your luggage and equipment cases when traveling—these locks allow TSA personnel to open your bags without damaging the lock. With more clearance than other locks, they let you thread the shackle or cable of the lock through multiple zipper heads or larger hasps. You can set your own combination and change it at any time.
Flexible-shackle locks maneuver through multiple points or bend around corners, so you don't need multiple locks. However, the cable is thinner than a rigid shackle, making it easier to cut. These locks have a plastic body that resists corrosion and won’t scratch or damage nearby surfaces. A name tag on one side means these locks double as a luggage ID.

Cut-Resistant Resettable Combination Padlocks
Shoulders cover most of the shackle, making it difficult to access and cut. The shackle is hardened steel, so the exposed part resists cuts better than plain steel. To prevent attempts to force them open from prying, shimming, or tapping, they are dual dead locking, so both ends of the shackle lock inside the padlock body. Because these locks are more secure than standard padlocks, they’re often used for unattended gates or storage for valuable equipment. They unlock with a five-digit combination, which means they have ten times more combinations than four-digit locks for added security. Set or reset your combination at any time.

Quick-Attach Choose-a-Color Resettable Combination Padlocks
Clip these padlocks to small hasps and cables—just push the latch open and hook them through. You only need one hand to operate the latch, unlike typical padlocks. However, they have a smaller shackle clearance that limits what they can fit around. They come in a variety of bold colors that can be used to color-code locked equipment. Set your own combination and change it at any time.
To set or change your combination, insert a pointed object, such as a pencil tip or paper clip, into the keyhole on the side until it clicks. Use the rolling digits to enter your combination and push the latch closed to set it.

Extra-Clearance Removable Shackle Padlocks
Like a bike lock, these padlocks have a tall and wide shackle that separates from the body, making them easy to fit around and remove from large objects. They have the most shackle clearance of any padlocks we offer. Unlike most padlocks, you won’t need chains or cables to secure long or bulky items, such as pallet jack handles. Each of these padlocks opens with a different key, and all have random key numbers.

Chain Locks
Wrap the flexible, hardened steel chain on these locks around your equipment to prevent theft. A lock and chain in one, they spare you the fuss of needing to set up a locking system with a separate padlock and chain. The chain has thick square links that are tougher to cut than cable locks, so use them when you need more security. To keep the chain from scratching your equipment, it’s encased in a fiber cover.
