These lights have lenses that snap in and out, so you can easily swap colors or change their position in the stack. They meet NEMA 4X for protection from corrosion and washdowns.

Use the extension pipe and mounting flange to make the light taller (both sold separately).

Design a stack light with your choice of light pattern and color. Start with a base, then add up to five modules total—twist and lock them together. All components except for replacement bulbs meet NEMA 4X for protection from corrosion and washdowns.

Select-a-Color Stack Lights

Choose from seven colors, including nontraditional colors such as magenta and turquoise, for a custom four-light stack light. Assign colors by pushing your machine's wire leads into the spring-clamp terminals in the light's base. As your operations change, update the colors by opening the base and rearranging the wire connections. Lights have LED bulbs for years of maintenance-free operation. They have clear lenses, which are helpful in bright environments where it can be difficult to see whether a light is on or off. They meet IP66 for protection from high-pressure washdowns.

Push-Button Stack Lights with Two-Prong Plug

Give a signal with the push of a button. These lights have a control box with a button for activating each of the three light modules. The LED bulbs provide years of maintenance-free operation.The light modules meet IP54 and the control box meets IP20. They cannot be sold to the regions listed due to local energy efficiency requirements.

Mount the light by bolting the included bracket to a surface (fasteners not included) or clamping it over a surface such as an office partition or workstation. You can adjust the height of the light by using either the included 3 1/2” or 11 3/8” mounting poles.

Mount the control box using the included tape with adhesive on both sides. It connects to the light via a 4-ft. connecting cable.

Stack Lights with Buzzer

These lights have LED bulbs for years of maintenance-free operation and can be wired as either continuous or flashing. The beep or buzzer alerts workers when they're outside a direct line of sight. Lights meet IP65 for protection from washdowns.

Replacement mounting pipes can be cut to length. Use them to lengthen the existing pipe or to replace it entirely.

3-in-1 Compact Stack Lights with Buzzer

Good for tight spaces where a tower of lights won’t fit, these emit three colors from a single lens. They have an LED bulb for years of maintenance-free operation. The buzzer alerts workers when they're outside a direct line of sight. Rated NEMA 4X for washdown applications.

Electronic-Alert Stack Lights with Buzzer

Get notified about equipment issues even when you aren't around your machines. These lights connect to your computer via Ethernet, allowing you to set up email alerts when there is a problem with a machine, server, or conveyor. The buzzer can emit both continuous and pulse tones—pulse tones alternate on/off to draw greater attention than continuous tones. Lights have an LED bulb for years of maintenance-free operation.

Programmable Stack Lights with Buzzer

Use a computer to program colors, lighting patterns, and sounds to communicate a variety of status conditions, material levels, and cycle times—these stack lights have 21 colors and 11 sounds. Since you set up each signal from your computer, you can update them without changing hardware or wiring. These lights let you remotely monitor equipment because they don't need to be installed near the equipment they're monitoring as long as these lights are on the same Ethernet network as the equipment. For widespread communication across your facility, set as many as eight of these lights to mirror the signals of one main light.

Connect these stack lights to your computer with an Ethernet or USB cord. They can either connect to power from their terminal block or, for a simpler setup, use Power over Ethernet (PoE). They have digital inputs, so they can also receive electric signals from your programmable logic controller (PLC) or microcontroller.

Mount them to a flat surface using the included fasteners. Add a base for additional mounting options.

Wall-mount bases attach lights to vertical surfaces, such as the side of a machine.

Pole-mount bases have a hole, so you can run the light’s cords and wiring through the pole.

Freestanding bases make these lights portable by keeping them upright and stable on any flat surface.
