Disposable Shoe Covers
These covers are lightweight and protect shoes from dirt, grime, and liquid splashes.
Use polyethylene covers around food processing plants while reducing the risk of contaminating the food. To help you comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs, these covers contain metal additives that will set off metal detectors if they—or any piece of them—fall into your line. They’re also light blue, making them easier to spot than other white or gray covers. These covers are FDA compliant for direct contact with food.
Tyvek polyethylene covers are tear and abrasion resistant. Made of heat- and pressure-bonded fibers, they’re soft yet strong. Those with a skid-resistant sole grip wet and slippery surfaces for good traction.
Kleenguard polypropylene covers have five layers of nonwoven fabric, so they’re more abrasion resistant and harder to tear than Tyvek polyethylene covers. They’re also antistatic, so they protect sensitive equipment from electrostatic discharge.
Comformax/polyester blend covers are made of a specially treated wood pulp and fabric blend material that repels liquids, including blood and other bodily fluids. They resist tearing and offer some breathability.

Clean Room Shoe Covers
Keep dust and other particles on your shoes from contaminating clean rooms. These covers have an elastic band that keeps them in place once they’re on. Made of lightweight fabric, they won’t weigh you down. They’re also water resistant, so your feet stay dry in wet areas.
Polyethylene and polypropylene covers are disposable. They stretch to fit over most shoes (up to men’s size 15). Polyethylene covers are best for short-term use. For long-term wear, use polypropylene covers—they’re more durable than polyethylene. They also have a skid-resistant sole that's coated to keep you from sliding on slick floors. These covers won't generate a static charge, so they're safe to use around sensitive electronic equipment.
Reusable when laundered to clean room standards, polyester covers resist abrasion and liquid splashes. They last up to 100 washes; wash them prior to first use. These covers have adjustable snaps, so you can create a secure and comfortable fit around your shoe.

Clean Room Boot Covers
Designed to meet clean room standards, these boot covers act as a barrier between the worker and the room to prevent pollutants such as dust particles and microbes from contaminating a space. Covers are suitable for use in clean rooms rated to both Federal Standard and ISO classes. In both systems, clean rooms with lower class ratings have fewer contaminants. These covers are knee high with an elastic top and an ankle closure. A skid-resistant sole grips wet and slippery surfaces for good traction.
Tyvek polyethylene covers are soft and strong, and withstand occasional contact with mild liquids such as water and spray paint. These covers are disposable.
Polyester covers resist abrasion and splashing liquid; they’ll last longer than Tyvek polyethylene covers. These covers must be cleaned prior to first use, and are reusable for up to 100 washes when laundered to clean room standards. They have a hard rubber sole, so they can be worn without shoes.
