Ultrasonic Welders
Use sound waves to heat up your materials and weld them together with these welders, guns, and tips. They create clean spot welds in seconds. Weld plastic to itself or to other materials, such as steel. These welders don’t use direct heat, so they’re less likely to distort or discolor your weld than hot-air welders.

Straight Grip—Straight-grip guns activate when you press them against your workpiece. They’re good for welding on a workbench and on other horizontal surfaces.
Pistol Grip—Pistol-grip guns activate with a trigger on the handle. They’re good for welding on vertical surfaces.

Hot Air Welding Kits
Use hot compressed air to weld plastics. High-speed tips heat the welding rod and the materials being welded at the same time to make fast, uniform welds.
