Claw-Clamp High-Vacuum Fittings for Stainless Steel Tubing
An alternative to bolt-together fittings, these handle larger tube OD sizes and have higher vacuum ratings than quick-clamp fittings. Also known as ISO-K high-vacuum fittings, the clamps have claws that grab hold of fittings with flanged ends. To complete a connection, use a ring and four clamps (sold separately). Not for use in pressure applications.
Double-claw clamps attach to the grooves on the fittings.
Single-claw clamps have a clamp on one end and an exposed bolt on the other. Thread the bolt-end directly into the body of pumps, valves, or other high-vacuum components.

Clamps for Claw-Clamp High-Vacuum Fittings for Stainless Steel Tubing
Connect claw-clamp high-vacuum fittings for an airtight seal. For a complete connection, you'll need four clamps and a ring (sold separately).
Double-claw clamps attach to the grooves on the fittings.

Create airtight seals in high-vacuum systems by placing these rings between two claw-clamp (ISO-K) or bolt-together (ISO-F) fittings. They contain a Viton® fluoroelastomer O-ring—when you clamp or bolt your fittings together, the O-ring compresses to establish the seal.

Quick-Clamp High-Vacuum Fittings for Stainless Steel Tubing

Fittings with Gasket End: Air, Argon, Helium, Nitrogen
All Other Fittings: Air - Specifications Met: ISO 2861
Instead of a gasket, these fittings have a metal-reinforced O-ring that is designed for high-vacuum applications, such as vacuum coating and heat treating, leak testing, and analyzing gases. Also known as KF, QF, and NW fittings, they are the most common type of connection in high-vacuum systems. Connect with a clamp and another quick-clamp fitting for fast, easy access to your line. To use fittings in pressure applications, use a pressure-rated ring (sold separately). Made of 304 stainless steel, these fittings have very good corrosion resistance.
Note: To complete a connection, you’ll need two quick-clamp fittings, a ring, and a clamp (all sold separately).

Valves are also known as vacuum isolation valves. They connect to a vacuum system so you can install gauges, release gases, and remove air. They operate manually and have a compact body that fits easily into tight spaces.

High-Vacuum Hose with Claw-Clamp Fittings
More flexible than rigid stainless steel tubing, this hose allows you to link high-vacuum components that are misaligned. Also known as bellows. The ribbed design absorbs vibration so it doesn't transfer from one component to the next. Equipped with a claw-clamp (ISO-K) fitting on each end, this hose connects to large components with fittings starting at trade number 63. Each fitting on the hose requires four claw clamps and a ring (both sold separately) to connect. Not for use in pressure applications.
Double-claw clamps attach to the grooves on the fittings.
Single-claw clamps have a clamp on one end and an exposed bolt on the other. Thread the bolt-end directly into the body of pumps, valves, or other high-vacuum components.

High-Vacuum Chambers
Analyze gases, test for leaks, and check the effects of high altitudes on electronic components with these chambers. They remove air and gases to create a space void of molecules.
Stainless steel chambers reach and maintain significantly higher vacuum levels than acrylic vacuum chambers, and they work at higher temperatures. They are more chemical resistant than acrylic chambers, making them appropriate for use with lab substances such as acetone and isopropyl alcohol.
Quick- and claw-clamp connections allow you to connect and disconnect components easily. The clamps join two flanged ends and a rubber O-ring. Quick-clamp connections are also known as ISO-KF; you'll need a ring and quick clamp to complete the connection. Claw-clamp connections are also known as ISO-K; they require a ring and multiple claw clamps to secure.
Maximum vacuum is measured in torr. The lower the torr value, the higher the level of vacuum.

Electric Ultra-High-Vacuum Pumps
Achieve vacuum levels up to 1 x 10 -12 torr with these ultra-high-vacuum pumps. Each unit includes two pumps—a diaphragm pump and a turbomolecular pump—that work together to create extremely high levels of vacuum in your chamber. The turbomolecular pump meets IP54 for protection in damp and dusty environments. Units are compact, so they fit on top of a workbench or table.
Pumps are ready to use as soon as they’re plugged in and connected to a chamber. Since they don’t use oil, they won’t introduce contaminants into your system. They hardly vibrate, minimizing interference with sensitive instruments and measurement devices.
Pumps with claw-clamp intake connections require a ring and four double-claw clamps (all sold separately) to connect to other components. Claw-clamp connections are also known as ISO-K fittings. These pumps include a gauge with quick-clamp connections, which requires a quick clamp and a ring (both sold separately) to connect. Quick-clamp connections are also known as KF fittings.
