Grease Dispensers
A spring delivers a constant, low-pressure flow of grease to your lubrication point, so it never runs dry. They’re best for applications with consistent temperatures, so the viscosity of the grease won’t change how quickly it flows. However, they shouldn’t be used in precision applications because the tension of the spring may change, causing the dispensing rate to change. Mount them close to the lubrication point. They have a standard grease fitting, so you can choose what grease to use, unlike prefilled dispensers. The grease fitting helps close the system to keep out dust and contaminants in dirty environments such as mills. Use grease fitting adapters to match your lubrication point.
Dispensers with a clear plastic bowl make it easy to see how much grease is left and whether the dispenser is working properly. These dispensers come with three different adjustment springs to fit your dispensing needs.
Dispensers with a steel bowl are more durable than dispensers with a plastic bowl, so they’re the better choice if there's vibration or impact.
Plastic housings are an economical choice when there's minimal vibration. Aluminum housings withstand vibration, shock, and impact. Nickel-chrome-plated aluminum housings resist corrosion better than plastic and aluminum dispensers.
Remote-mount springs (sold separately) provide extra pressure when using thick grease at a distance.
Remote-mount kits include a mounting bracket, tubing, and fittings.

Adjustable-Flow Grease Dispensers
For more control over the flow rate of your grease, choose these gas-driven dispensers over spring-driven dispensers. Their continuous flow automatically adjusts based on the dispensing duration you set on their dial (from one to 12 months). Because you control when they’ll empty, these dispensers make it easy to plan maintenance. To prevent over-lubrication when your machine is down, turn the dial to zero to cut off flow without uninstalling the dispenser. They’re best for applications with consistent temperatures, so the viscosity of the grease won’t change how quickly it flows. All have a clear bowl so it's easy to monitor the grease level.
Rated IP68, these dispensers seal out dust and water from temporary submersion. They’re ATEX certified for use where explosive gases and dust could be present, such as mines and oil refineries.
Grease dispensers that come empty can be filled with the grease of your choice. Attach a filling adapter (sold separately) to make the filling process quick and mess free.
Grease-filled dispensers are ready to go right out of the box, so they're faster to install. They eliminate the mess of filling and keep out contaminants because you throw them away when empty. Grease-filled dispensers also reduce the chance you’ll fill a lubrication point with the wrong grease. NSF registered H1 dispensers come with grease that’s safe for incidental contact with food.
Grease fitting adapters let you connect these dispensers to your lubrication point if they're different.
Dispensers cannot be sold to the listed areas due to local regulatory limits on mercury content.

Lubriplate No. 630-AAA grease works with most machinery. Mobil Mobilgrease XHP 221, Mobil Mobilgrease XHP 222, and Mobil Mobilux EP2 grease resists moisture and sticks to metal even in wet environments, so it’s often used in pulp and paper manufacturing as well as water management facilities. Mobil Mobilith SHC 100 grease stands up to wear, making them great for a wide range of bearing types. Mobil Mobilith SHC 220 and Shell Gadus S3 V220C grease remains stable and in place under high pressure, heavy loads, and shock loads. These grease types are common in demanding mining, construction, and automotive applications. Mobil Polyrex EM grease handles moderate loads at high speeds, so it’s a good choice for electric motor bearings in fans, pumps, and dryers. Shell Gadus S2 V220 grease is often used to lubricate the ball and roller bearings that support your highest loads, such as wheels and heavy equipment.
Grease with a lithium thickener offers good heat and moisture resistance. Grease with a polyurea thickener has excellent heat resistance and good moisture and oxidation resistance. Grease with a calcium sulfonate thickener has good heat resistance and excellent resistance to moisture and oxidation. Grease with a silica thickener has excellent heat resistance and good oxidation resistance. It also resists washing off and reduces corrosion in wet environments.
Grease with a zinc additive neutralizes acid and is a good replacement for leaded grease. Grease with a moly (molybdenum disulfide) additive has excellent resistance to wear and withstands high-load and high-pressure applications. Grease with a PTFE additive reduces friction and helps the grease maintain its lubricity.

Precision Air-Powered Grease Dispensers
Powered by your air system, these dispensers release a precise amount of grease in timed intervals, so your machine will never have too much or too little. They’ll dispense the right amount even if changing temperatures affect the grease consistency. Back pressure doesn’t impact these dispensers either. But compared to motor-driven dispensers, they’re more complicated to set up. Besides your air system, you’ll need to attach a three-port solenoid valve and either a timer or programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the valve (all not included). If you use a PLC, they’ll prevent over-lubrication when your machine is down by only greasing when it’s running. This is useful for machines with intermittent downtime. Even without a PLC, you can manually cut off the flow without uninstalling the dispenser.
They’re modular, so install or remove pumps as your lubrication needs change. Each pump has mounting holes drilled through their body. Use a screwdriver to turn each pump’s flow-adjustment screw.
These dispensers don’t come with grease, so use the grease that’s best for your machine.

Multiple-Outlet Precision Motor-Driven Grease Dispensers
Send precise amounts of grease to multiple lubrication points at regular intervals, so each point will always have the grease it needs. These dispensers have a pump for each outlet, so they can send different amounts of grease to each lubrication point. It also means the lubrication points can be different distances from the dispenser. Because they’re motor driven, they’ll dispense correctly even if temperature changes affect the grease consistency. They’re also unaffected by back pressure. Unlike spring- and gas-driven dispensers, they don’t need to be mounted close to their lubrication points. To prevent over-lubrication when your machine is down, there’s a button to cut off the flow without uninstalling the dispenser. You can also integrate them into a system that’s controlled by a PLC and program them to only grease when your machine is running and not when it's down. This is useful for systems with intermittent downtime.
Use the digital display to input your flow settings. It also shows you the grease levels and the time until the dispenser empties, helping you plan for maintenance. Lights indicate the status of your dispenser, so you can see at a glance if it's operating. If it's not operating correctly, you'll see error and feedback messages on the display.
To match your lubrication point, use grease fitting adapters.
IP54 rated dispensers protect against dust and splashing water. IP68 rated dispensers are dust tight and seal out water from temporary submersion.
Empty cartridges can be filled with the grease of your choice. Attach a cartridge filling adapter (sold separately) to make the filling process quick and mess free. Grease-filled cartridges save you from the mess and contamination risk that comes with filling a grease cartridge yourself. They also reduce the chance you’ll fill a lubrication point with the wrong grease.
Mobil Polyrex EM grease handles moderate loads at high speeds, making it a good choice for electric motor bearings in fans, pumps, and dryers. White mineral grease is NSF registered H1, so it’s safe for incidental contact with food. Red mineral grease is great for a wide range of bearings because it resists wear. Semisynthetic grease works with most machinery.
Grease with a polyurea thickener has excellent heat resistance and good moisture and oxidation resistance. Grease with a lithium thickener offers good heat and moisture resistance. Grease with an aluminum thickener has good moisture resistance and excellent oxidation resistance.

Mobil Mobilgrease XHP 221, Mobil Mobilgrease XHP 222, and Mobil Mobilux EP2 grease resists moisture and sticks to metal even in wet environments, so it’s often used in pulp and paper manufacturing as well as water management facilities. Mobil Mobilith SHC 100 grease stands up to wear, making them great for a wide range of bearing types. Mobil Mobilith SHC 220 and Shell Gadus S3 V220C grease remains stable and in place under high pressure, heavy loads, and shock loads. These grease types are common in demanding mining, construction, and automotive applications. Mobil Polyrex EM grease handles moderate loads at high speeds, so it’s a good choice for electric motor bearings in fans, pumps, and dryers. Shell Gadus S2 V220 grease is often used to lubricate the ball and roller bearings that support your highest loads, such as wheels and heavy equipment.

Dual-Output Container-Mount Grease Dispensers
Switch between high-pressure and low-pressure settings. Use high pressure to dispense thicker grease or to force grease through clogged fittings. Use low pressure for high-volume dispensing. Dispensers include a follower plate that moves down the inside of the container as the grease level drops to compress the grease and prevent vapor pockets.

Air-Powered Container-Mount Grease Dispensers
Dispense from your drum or pail of grease using compressed air. Dispensers include a follower plate that moves down the inside of the container as the grease level drops to compress the grease and prevent vapor pockets. Containers not included.
Dispensers deliver grease at the same pressure as your existing grease system, up to the max. grease outlet pressure. Dispensers with a booster gun allow you to increase the pressure to the value listed for max. grease outlet pressure with booster.
Styles A-D have a Z-swivel that connects the outlet hose to the gun and prevents the hose from kinking.
