With a tough EPDM cover, this hose won’t wear down from rubbing or scraping, crack from ozone, or degrade from UV light. It has flanged ends that join with quick-clamp fittings, so you can easily access lines that carry milk, syrup, meat, and other wet food and drinks. You know this hose is safe to use with food because it’s FDA compliant and its fittings are 3-A certified. Made of butyl, it won’t impart tastes or odors to food and beverages as they pass through your line. Both the hose and fittings withstand high temperatures and mild cleaning solutions, so you can clean your line often. Reinforced with yarn and steel wire, this hose holds its shape and won’t collapse when hooked up to a vacuum pump.
The fittings are also known as tri-clamp fittings. Attach them to other quick-clamp fittings with a gasket and a clamp.
