Hole Saws
Pilot
Drill Bit
These standard saws have high-speed steel teeth to make circular cuts in wood, plastic, and metal. Often used to remove more material than drill bits, they help with tasks such as creating cutouts for doorknobs or cables. Attach them to a drill or drill press. An arbor with pilot drill (sold separately) is required.
Unthreaded hole saws attach and detach from compatible arbors more quickly than threaded hole saws. Use a simple push-and-turn motion to attach and detach the saw, instead of having to thread it on and off.
Saws with variable-set teeth make faster cuts with less vibration than saws with constant-set teeth.

Long-Life Hole Saws
With carbide teeth—the hardest in our hole saw offering—these hole saws cut through harder materials and stay sharp for up to twice as long as saws with high-speed steel teeth. All require an arbor (sold separately). Use them in drills and drill presses to create perfectly round holes, such as enclosure cut-outs for cable to pass through.
Unthreaded hole saws attach and detach from compatible arbors more quickly than threaded hole saws. Use a simple push-and-turn motion to attach and detach the saw, instead of having to thread it on and off.
Quick-change arbors include universal thread adapter nuts to connect to hole saws with 1/2"-20 or 5/8"-18 threads.

Pilot Drill
Specially designed teeth cut faster than the teeth on standard hole saws. Teeth are high-speed steel for cutting wood, plastic, and metal such as aluminum, brass, steel, and stainless steel. Attach saws to a drill or drill press. An arbor with pilot drill (sold separately) is required.
Hole Saw Kits
Cut perfectly round holes in a variety of diameters. With variable-set teeth, the saws make quick cuts through wood, sheet metal, and other materials with minimal vibration. Also known as bimetal hole saws, they have high-speed steel teeth and a steel body. Often used to remove more material than drill bits, these saws are helpful for jobs such as creating cutouts for doorknobs or cables. Attach them to a drill or drill press with the included arbors.
