About Grease Gun Components

Dispense grease with the highest-pressure-rated gun we offer. To use, screw the T-handle into the barrel and prime the gun. The gun delivers grease for at least 20 strokes before it must be primed again.

Pressure-Monitoring Lever-Grip Grease Guns

Protect sensitive parts, such as motor and bearing seals, from damage by monitoring the pressure of the grease you’re dispensing. These guns have a gauge to let you know see when pressure is too high. To make it easier to remove the dispensing tip when there’s pressure buildup, they have a relief valve to release pressure.

Lever-Grip Grease Guns

Dispensing more grease per pump than pistol-grip guns, lever-grip guns are better for applications that require high grease output.

Grease guns with Buna-N rubber dispensing tip are for applying grease to lubrication points without a grease fitting. Grease guns with brass dispensing tip have a needle to penetrate seals and gaskets and to dispense grease to precise locations.

Dual-Output Lever-Grip Grease Guns

Switch between high-pressure and low-pressure settings. Use high pressure to dispense thicker grease or to force grease through clogged fittings. Use low pressure for high-volume dispensing. Lever-grip guns dispense more grease per pump than pistol-grip guns, so they're better for applications that require high grease output.

Air-Powered Pistol-Grip Grease Guns

Use compressed air to dispense grease. This gun has a pistol grip that allows for one-hand operation, so it’s better for lubricating hard-to-reach spots than a lever-grip gun. Pull the trigger using small strokes to deliver small amounts of grease; hold the trigger for a continuous flow. The gun has a spring guard on the nozzle to prevent kinking.

They have a pistol grip that allows for one-hand operation, so they're better for lubricating hard-to-reach spots than lever-grip guns. Air-Powered Container-Mount Grease Dispensers

Dispense from your drum or pail of grease using compressed air. Dispensers include a follower plate that moves down the inside of the container as the grease level drops to compress the grease and prevent vapor pockets. Containers not included.

Dispensers deliver grease at the same pressure as your existing grease system, up to the max. grease outlet pressure. Dispensers with a booster gun allow you to increase the pressure to the value listed for max. grease outlet pressure with booster.

Styles A-D have a Z-swivel that connects the outlet hose to the gun and prevents the hose from kinking.
