Mitutoyo Electronic Height Gauges
View measurements on the LCD display of these Mitutoyo gauges to quickly confirm height before you mark and cut material. Set the scriber to your initial height, then fine-tune with the adjustment screw. All have zero-position memory, also known as absolute (ABS) positioning, which retains the measuring position when the gauge is off. With an SPC data output, you can connect them to a computer or data processor to analyze data and monitor measurements in real time.
USB data cables (sold separately) connect the gauge directly to your PC.
10-pin data cables (sold separately) connect the gauge to a Mitutoyo miniprocessor or multiplexer.
Wireless data transmitters and receivers (sold separately) allow you to transmit measurement data from the gauge to your PC without being tethered by a cable.

Gauges with a linear scale have an encoder for extra accuracy and precision. Sensors in the encoder detect exact positions and convert them into electronic signals, getting rid of human error.

Gauges with a hand wheel give you smoother and more controlled height adjustments than manually sliding the scriber up and down the column. A zero-set button allows you to start measuring at any point. They also warn you about various issues, including low battery and setting errors.

Gauges with two columns are more stable than gauges with a single column.

Plug a signal probe (sold separately) into your gauge to measure inside recessed areas or around edges that jut out from your workpiece. Drag the probe across your surface to take measurements between two points.

Mitutoyo Electronic Height Gauges with Calibration Certificate
These gauges come with a calibration certificate traceable to NIST that states they've passed a test for accuracy. Use the hand wheel to adjust height up and down the column, and set the attached scriber at a specific height for repeat marking. Each gauge has zero-position memory, also known as absolute (ABS) positioning, which retains the measuring position when the gauge is turned off. A zero-set button lets you start measuring at any point. SPC data output allows for connection to a computer or data processor.
USB data cable (sold separately) connects the gauge directly to your PC.
10-pin data cables (sold separately) connect the gauge to a Mitutoyo miniprocessor or multiplexer.
Wireless data transmitter and receiver (sold separately) allow you to transmit measurement data from the gauge to your PC without being tethered by a cable.

Mitutoyo Electronic Calibrators for Height Gauges
Set the standard for your height gauges. These calibrators combine gauge blocks—a true source of measurement—and a micrometer head for refining the gauge block measurement even more. Since they’re so precise at checking that height gauges take accurate readings, they’re often used in metrology labs. Rather than stacking gauge blocks, line up your height gauge against the built-in blocks. They’re staggered to expose both the top and bottom faces, which lets you check height from either bottom up or top down. To fine-tune the entire stack up and down, twist the micrometer head. No need to calculate anything, since the counter keeps track of adjustments and total height shows on the display.
These calibrators include a zero-setting block to make sure your measurements start from an exact reference point. They also have zero-position memory to retain the measuring position even when turned off. This is also known as absolute (ABS) positioning. To warn you about issues that could skew readings, such as low battery and calculation errors, they show alerts on the display. An SPC data output lets you connect them to a computer or data processor to analyze data and monitor measurements in real time.
Riser blocks (sold separately) extend the height range. Precisely manufactured, they have tolerances as tight as our typical gauge blocks of similar sizes. Snap them seamlessly to the bottom of your calibrator with the pins. To add the riser height to your total measurement, input the height into the calibrator’s counter.
Cables (sold separately) connect calibrators to your computer, Mitutoyo miniprocessor, or multiplexer.
