Use these heaters to efficiently heat liquid in small containers—they’re sized to fit in openings that are 1 NPT or smaller. They heat a variety of chemicals quickly—but not so quickly that the heating element burns out. The heating element is made of 316 stainless steel, so it resists corroding.

Both ends of the fitting are threaded, so one side fits into your tank and the other can be threaded into conduit to protect the wiring. For the most even heat distribution, choose the largest length of heater that will fit in your container. Heaters require a temperature switch or controller (sold separately) to regulate the heat output and power the heater.

A replaceable fuse cuts off power if the heating element reaches 190° F to prevent burnout and premature failure. Bolt the flange to the top of containers.
