Heated High-Pressure Braided Chemical Hose with Male Threaded Fittings
The heating wire in this hose warms adhesives or paraffin wax to keep them flowing. Pair it with the matching temperature controller (sold separately) to set the temperature. Hose is PTFE with a stainless steel braid for more chemical resistance and better strength than other chemical hose. A cover surrounds the braid to protect it from damage. The heating wire is laminated with silicone rubber.

Chemical Hose with Female Threaded Fittings

Heat chemicals to prevent them from freezing or becoming too thick. With a self-regulating heating wire, the liquid inside this hose stays warm and keeps flowing. They have a built-in automatic controller that regulates the temperature inside the hose when the temperature of your environment changes. It also automatically adjusts the power output depending on the temperature of your space. Just plug the hose into an outlet to power it.
The hose is reinforced with a stainless steel braid for added strength and chemical resistance. A vinyl cover around the hose protects it from wear.

Warm viscous food and beverages, such as syrup and honey, to keep it flowing even when the temperature drops. This hose is lined with heating wire. To regulate heat output, a built-in thermocouple measures the hose’s temperature and sends it to your temperature switch or controller (required but not included).
This hose is FDA compliant, so it’s safe to use with food. A stainless steel braid strengthens the hose and resists chemicals commonly found in cleaning processes for food plants. To prevent damage to the braid, a vinyl cover surrounds it. Rated IP65, this hose also seals out spraying water.
The fittings on this hose are also called tri-clamp fittings. They attach to other quick-clamp fittings with a gasket and a clamp.

Heated Cold-Weather Garden Hose for Drinking Water

Keep your water running in temperatures down to -20° F. A heating cable is wrapped around this hose to prevent water from freezing. The cable turns on and off automatically using a nonadjustable thermostat, so you don't have to monitor the hose as the weather changes. A cover protects the hose and heating element from damage. The hose meets NSF/ANSI 61 and the fittings meet NSF/ANSI 372 for use with drinking water. It won’t impart taste or odor to your water. Use the included adapter to convert either end from female to male as your setup requires. Connect the end with the power cord to your spigot if there’s an outlet nearby, or flip the hose around if it’s easier to plug into an outlet near where you’ll be dispensing.
