Washdown Headlamps

Rated IP07, this headlamp withstands temporary submersion in a maximum of one meter of water for up to 30 minutes. It shines light on your work while keeping your hands free. This headlamp has long-lasting, built-in LEDs that produce more light and generate less heat than other light technologies. It casts a uniform beam that's especially good for close-up tasks and inspection work. Headlamps come on an adjustable elastic strap for normal wear. For secure wear over a hard hat, they also come with a rubber strap and snap-together fastener.
Headlamps with a battery life indicator let you know how close the batteries are to needing replacement. An LED light glows green when battery life is above 80%, yellow when it’s between 20% and 80%, and red when it’s below 20%.
Headlamps with a dimmable light conserve battery life.

Hazardous Location Headlamps

Safe for use in environments where hazardous material is present, these headlamps shine light on your work while keeping your hands free. With built-in LEDs, they produce more light, are more efficient, and generate less heat than headlamps with other light technologies. All cast a uniform beam that is especially good for close-up tasks and inspection work.
Note: Battery life is significantly reduced when headlamps are used at the high-beam light setting.
Hazardous location environmental ratings indicate where manufactures have included safety features in products to facilitate their safe use in hazardous environments. Before selecting a product for a hazardous location, ensure it is rated for your environment.

Headlamps for Rescue and Tactical Helmets

Clip these headlamps right into a mount on your tactical or rescue helmet. You can also clip them onto your gear’s MOLLE strap. These headlamps all have multiple LED color options for different scenarios. Use the red or blue beam in low-light environments to preserve your night vision. The blue beam lets you see more details and color differences than the red beam—you can even read. The green beam shows more contrast than red and blue beams, but it can interfere with your ability to see in dark conditions. Meeting ANSI/Plato F1, these lights have been tested for light output, impact resistance, and run time.
Style B are best for lighting up long distances where water is a concern. Our most water-resistant option, they’re rated IP08 to handle prolonged submersion. Their spot beam has a bright center to illuminate faraway objects. When wearing night-vision goggles, switch these headlamps to infrared light to see clear, crisp images in dim light or pitch black. You can also program the order that the beam colors appear with each push of a button based on your preference. Bend the arm to direct light where you need it. To keep them from turning on accidentally, they have a digital lockout option. These headlamps include common helmet mount adapters such as ARC, M-LOK, MICH, Picatinny, and ABR.
Style C project light the farthest of these headlamps. Tilt them up to 90° to point light where you need it. To view clear images through night-vision goggles in dim light or pitch black, switch them to infrared light. A digital lockout option keeps the beam from turning on accidentally. IP07-rated for temporary submersion, they’ll keep working if you drop them in water. These headlamps are compatible with NVG mounts and include a strap if you want to wear them without a helmet.

High-Visibility Headlamps
Light up work while staying visible in high-risk areas. These headlamps have LEDs on the head band so forklift and truck drivers can see you. You can set the lights to shine steady or flash. These headlamps are tested against ANSI/Plato FL 1 standards to confirm the accuracy of performance attributes such as beam distance, impact resistance, and battery life.
Styles A and B have lights all around the head band for 360° visibility. You can turn the front and band light on separately or simultaneously. Battery life is measured when all lights are on. They include a rubber strap you can wrap around a hard hat—no hard hat clips required. These headlamps are rated for temporary submersion in water.
Style A have a memory function that defaults to your preferred light combination when you first turn them on.
Style B headlamps will last a full shift. Quickly swap out their disposable batteries—no need to wait for a charge. Their reflective band keeps you visible to vehicles even when the light is turned off.
Headlamps with a spot beam have a bright center for lighting up long distances. Headlamps with a flood beam cast a uniform spread of light that’s good for close-up tasks and inspection work.
On headlamps with color options, the red beam lets you see in low light without disrupting your night vision. The green beam shows more contrast than the red beam, but it can interfere with your ability to see in dark conditions.
