Chemical-Resistant Disposable Coveralls
These coveralls have a polyethylene coating to provide full body protection against chemical spills and splashes. A special type of Tyvek, these coveralls are soft yet tear and abrasion resistant. They have a zipper down the front.
Tychem 2000 (formerly known as Tychem QC) resists inorganic acids and bases, including nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrogen peroxide, and sodium hydroxide.
Tychem 4000 (formerly known as Tychem SL) has a resin film in the coating, which makes it more chemical resistant than Tychem 2000. It holds up against acids and alkalies, including hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, isopropyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, and sodium hydroxide.
Open cuffs provide better airflow than elastic cuffs. Elastic cuffs help keep dirt and grime out better than open cuffs.

Disposable Clean Room Coveralls

These coveralls are cleaned and individually bagged in a clean room, so they won’t shed any lint or dust in your space. They’re made of Tyvek polyethylene, which has fibers bonded under heat and pressure for softness and strength. They hold up to limited contact with nonhazardous liquids, such as water and paint spray. Elastic cuffs fit tightly at your ankles and wrists to block splashes.

Clean Room Coveralls
Keep clean rooms free from contaminants—these coveralls act as a full-body barrier between you and the room to keep dust, microbes, and other pollutants at bay. They’re suitable for use in clean rooms rated to both Federal Standard and ISO classes. In both systems, clean rooms with lower class ratings have fewer contaminants. Reusable when washed according to clean room standards, these coveralls can last up to 100 washes. Wash them according to clean room standards before you wear them the first time.
Polyester/carbon fiber fabric blend discharges static electricity to protect sensitive electronic equipment, such as semiconductors and healthcare devices. Conductive threads and grounding tape run throughout the coveralls to control static charge.
Polyester resists abrasions and liquid splashes. Knit cuffs keep the sleeves in place at the wrists to prevent any liquids from splashing in. Modify the fit with snaps at the pant cuffs.
