Adhesive-Back Sanding Discs
Press onto a compatible sanding tool or backup pad (sold separately); peel off to remove. Also known as PSA discs. To maintain strong adhesion, clean the pad surface with mild alcohol before applying. Do not use aggressive cleaning solvents such as MEK or acetone, which can damage the adhesive.
Discs with plastic abrasive backing have a coating that prevents dust and debris from building up on the abrasive surface. They also resist deterioration when used wet.

The ceramic alumina abrasive on these discs is sharp and dense enough to shape hard metals such as stainless steel, nickel, and cast iron without dulling quickly. Its grit continually fractures to produce new, sharp cutting edges. It sands faster and lasts longer than aluminum oxide but requires more force to abrade properly.
