Grinding Bit Sets for Nonmetals
Best for grinding composites, fiberglass, plaster, plastic, rubber, and wood without generating heat, these sets include a selection of our most popular tungsten carbide bits. The bits are also known as mounted points and die grinder bits.
Caution: As bit shank is exposed beyond 1/2", maximum safe rpm decreases significantly. Refer to ANSI standard B7.1. Use only accessories that have a greater rpm rating than the maximum speed of the grinder you choose.

Spiral-Wound Sanding Rolls
As the outer layer wears away, new abrasive is exposed. Also known as cartridge rolls. A shank adapter or tapered spindle with a shank is required (both sold separately). The most common abrasive material, aluminum oxide is hard enough to sand steel and wood. The diameter listed is for the large end of the roll.
Straight rolls are for use in channels, fillets, recesses, contours, sidewalls, and other hard-to-reach spots.
Tapered rolls are for use on angles, corners, concave contours, funnel-shaped recesses, and other intricate shapes.
