Oil- and Acid-Resistant Gloves
Protect your hands from oil, acids, and scrapes while you’re working.
Nitrile gloves withstand deterioration from petroleum products and solvents such as alcohol.
Neoprene-coated latex gloves have a multi-layer construction that provides better protection against tears and pinholes than most single-layer gloves. Suitable for light duty jobs, they deteriorate faster than neoprene gloves.
Textured gloves provide a better grip than smooth gloves.
Gloves without a lining offer the best dexterity. Gloves with a flocked cotton fiber lining are easy to take on and off.

Acid- and Heat-Protection Gloves
The lining withstands intermittent heat, while the outer layer of material acts as a barrier to chemicals and solvents. All of these gloves are textured on the fingers and palm for added grip.
Neoprene gloves with a cotton or fleece lining handle higher temperatures than nitrile/neoprene gloves, but they’re also thicker.
FDA compliant gloves are safe for use with food.
