Prevent damage from voltage spikes, reduce signal interference, and amplify signal with these relays, which interface between your controller and components to isolate input and output circuits. They mount on 35 mm DIN rail (also known as DIN 3 rail) for fast installation.
Relays with spring-clamp terminals connect and disconnect to wires without needing to turn screws. Insert a slotted screwdriver into the wire-release slot to free the spring clamp holding the wire in place.

DIN-Rail Mount Solid State Interface Relays
![](/prerenderstable/mvPRE/contents/gfx/imagecache/735/7356k26-1629730677-p9@halfx_637653094873149127.png?ver=imagenotfound)
With no moving parts, these solid state relays last longer, switch faster, and are quieter than mechanical relays. They interface between your controller and components to isolate input and output circuits, which protects components from voltage spikes, amplifies the relay’s signal, and reduces interference for reliable transmission. The included relay socket mounts on 35 mm DIN rail (also known as DIN 3 rail) for fast installation. Relays disconnect from the socket for easy replacement. Rated IP20, they prevent fingers and other objects from touching live circuits.

DIN-Rail Mount Solid State Relays
![](/prerenderstable/mvPRE/contents/gfx/imagecache/745/7456k78c1-d01c-digital-master1551467805-p9@halfx_636661989618903172.png?ver=imagenotfound)
Unlike mechanical relays, these solid state relays have no moving parts, so they require less maintenance and last longer, switch faster, and are quieter. They mount on 35 mm DIN rail (also known as DIN 3) for fast installation. An LED indicator lights up when these relays are connected, so you can quickly confirm that they’re wired correctly. IP20 rated, their terminals are recessed, so they prevent fingers and other objects from touching live circuits.
Relays with an integrated heat sink disperse heat to increase the relay’s current rating.

Spring-Clamp
Terminals
Using a low-current signal, these relays are often used to control small motors and heaters. These relays attach to quick-disconnect terminals.
Surface-mount relays have a slot on the flange for mounting them to flat surfaces. Relay-socket mount relays plug into a socket (sold separately).
Relay sockets mount directly on 35 mm DIN rail (also known as DIN 3 rail) for fast installation. Relay sockets with screw terminals can also mount to a flat surface. Relay sockets with spring-clamp terminals connect and disconnect to wires without needing to turn screws. Insert a slotted screwdriver into the wire-release slot to free the spring clamp holding the wire in place.

Solid State Spade-Terminal Relays
Often used for high-speed switching at low-current levels, these solid state relays have no moving parts, so they switch faster, last longer, and are quieter than mechanical switches.
Relay sockets mount directly on 35 mm DIN rail (also known as DIN 3 rail) for fast installation.
Relay sockets with screw terminals can also mount to a flat surface.

Smaller than relays with electrical wiring, these relays fit in compact devices. Mount them through holes on circuit boards with their solder pin terminals. Use them to control heaters, fans, and other high-power components from a low-power circuit.
Solid state relays have no moving parts, so they require less maintenance and last longer, switch faster, and are quieter than mechanical relays.

Circuit Board Safety Relays
![](/prerenderstable/mvPRE/contents/gfx/imagecache/625/6253n11c1-@halfx_fac64_1715616279.png?ver=imagenotfound)
Reduce connection errors on circuit boards that control machine guards and other safety devices. Also known as force-guided contact relays, they have contacts that won’t close at the same time, causing contacts to stick or weld shut. These relays take up less space on a board than those with electrical wiring because their solder pin terminals mount directly through circuit board holes. Use them to control high-power components, such as fans and heaters, from a low-power circuit.

With no moving parts, these solid state relays require less maintenance and last longer, switch faster, and are quieter than mechanical relays. They can handle high starting (inrush) currents. The blade terminals meet ISO 8092-1 dimensions, ensuring they are compatible with the electrical connections in road vehicles you need to maintain or repair. Also known as ISO relays or automotive relays.
