High-Pressure Air-Powered Drum Pumps for Fuel and Flammable Liquid
Use these pumps with fuel and flammable liquids, such as acetone, ethanol, and gasoline. They handle nearly twice the amount of pressure as other air-powered drum pumps to move high-viscosity liquids. Install an air line filter/lubricator to ensure efficiency and reduce wear on the pump.
Always bond and ground your application for static control. For more information about bonding and grounding, see Sections 1910.106 and 1910.107 of the Federal OSHA Code or see bonding and grounding equipment.

Nondrip Drum Pumps for Water and Chemicals
Eliminate leaks and waste with a faucet-style nondrip nozzle that quickly starts and stops flow. Pressurize your container with a few pumps of the plunger handle, and use the one-touch nozzle to manage flow. Hold down the nozzle for intermittent dispensing, open the nozzle fully for continuous flow, and close the nozzle to stop flow entirely.
Remote tap kits extend your pump's reach for transferring liquid to tanks, mixers, and sprayers.
Drum Pumps for Harsh Chemicals
Made with PTFE components, these pumps stand up to aggressive chemicals our other drum pumps can't, such as hydrochloric acid, bleach, sodium hydroxide, and methyl ethyl ketone (MEK). A stopcock prevents fluid and vapor from leaking after use.
Drum Pumps for Fuel and Flammable Liquid
All of these pumps have bonding and grounding wires, while some also have an internal flame arrester, to pump fuel, cleaning solvents, and lacquer thinners.
Always bond and ground your application for static control. For more information about bonding and grounding, see Sections 1910.106 and 1910.107 of the Federal OSHA Code or see bonding and grounding equipment.
Steel pumps work with fuels and flammable liquids, but not especially aggressive and corrosive chemicals.
Stainless steel pumps handle aggressive and corrosive liquids that steel pumps cannot.
Pumps for 5-gallon containers have a drum connector that fits Rieke flex spouts and two screw cap adapters: 1 3/4" and 2 1/8".
Repair kits include components such as extension tubes, gaskets, and pistons.

Easy-Stroke Drum Pumps with Nozzle for Fuel
A nozzle and hose allow you to dispense directly into your container. The lever handle maximizes output with each stroke for low-effort dispensing. The handle delivers fluid on both the forward and backward strokes to quickly move drum contents. Lock the handle with a padlock (not included). Flow is reversible.
Always bond and ground your application for static control. For more information about bonding and grounding, see Sections 1910.106 and 1910.107 of the Federal OSHA Code or see bonding and grounding equipment.
Add a metering nozzle to record flow rate for batches and total volume. The batch meter is resettable and registers up to 99.9 gallons. The meter for total volume is nonresettable and registers up to 99,999.99 gallons.
Repair kits include components such as gaskets, valve assemblies, and piston rings.

Air-Powered Constant-Flow-Rate Pumps
Commonly called piston pumps, these are often used in high-pressure applications, such as hydrostatic testing of pipelines, tanks, and valves. Flow and outlet liquid pressure can be controlled by varying the air pressure. To calculate discharge liquid pressure, multiply the air pressure by the ratio shown in the table. Pumps are self-priming, which means they create a suction force to draw liquid upward to fill the pump chamber.
Note: Pumps must be filled with liquid before use. They need a constant flow of liquid and cannot run dry.
