Flow Rails
Use rails to convey packages and pallets in flow racks and confined spaces. They are easier to maneuver and take up less area than a full conveyor.
Rails with a galvanized steel frame have a thick coating for more corrosion resistance than rails with a power-coated frame. Rails with a powder-coated steel frame have mild corrosion resistance. They have a finished appearance but are prone to chipping if there’s impact.
Style D rails have a flange that extends beyond the wheel to keep material flowing along the channel.

Build-Your-Own Flow Rails
Configure wheels where you need them on these economical rails that you can cut to length.
Frames can be cut to your desired length and drilled for mounting. They have interlocking sides so you can connect rails side by side.

Heavy Duty Flow Rails
All-steel construction and tightly spaced wheels with double ball bearings gives these rails the strength needed to handle heavy loads in confined spaces. Drill holes to mount or weld in place.

Flanged-Wheel Flow Rails
The flange on the wheels separates and guides packages as they flow down the rails. Rails are a lightweight solution when you don't need a complete conveyor in confined spaces such as flow racks and assembly areas. The flange location is based on facing the unloading end of the rail.

Multidirectional Flow Rails
Rotate materials in any direction on these flow rails. Use them to convey packages and pallets in flow racks, assembly areas, and confined spaces.
Wheels have rollers around the wheel core to allow for multidirectional movement.
