Low-Pressure Stainless Steel Threaded Pipe Flanges
Also known as Pressure Class 150 flanges, these are designed for low-pressure pipe applications. Bolt two flat-surface flanges or two raised-surface flanges of the same size together with a gasket (sold separately) to create an access point within a line.
304 stainless steel flanges have very good corrosion resistance. 316 stainless steel flanges have excellent corrosion resistance.
Forged flanges have better strength than cast flanges. They are also called ANSI flanges.
Reducing flanges allow you to transition your system to a smaller pipe size; attach to a flange with a larger pipe size but with the same flange dimensions.

Low-Pressure Stainless Steel Threaded Pipe Fittings
Use these fittings in a low-pressure pipe line.
Fittings that meet ANSI/MSS SP-114 adhere to high-quality standards for heat treating, material thickness, and marking. 304 stainless steel fittings have very good corrosion resistance. 316 stainless steel fittings have excellent corrosion resistance. Adapters with weld end allow for a permanent connection.
Adapters for tanks create an inlet or outlet connection on the surface of any tank, pressure vessel, or drum. Adapters with extension fit tightly into the hole, which keeps the fitting steady during welding.
Locknuts thread onto the male end of a fitting to provide extra holding power so the fitting won’t loosen from vibration.
NPTF (Dryseal) threads and NPSL (National Pipe Straight Locknut) threads are compatible with NPT threads.

Low-Pressure Aluminum Threaded Pipe Fittings
In addition to being lightweight, these aluminum fittings offer good corrosion resistance. Use them in low-pressure flow applications. To prevent cracking, do not tighten more than a 1/4-turn past hand tight.
Adapters for tanks weld onto the surface of any tank, pressure vessel, or drum to create a permanent inlet or outlet connection. Adapters with extended lip fit tightly into the hole, which keeps the fitting steady during welding.
Locknuts thread onto the male end of a fitting to provide extra holding power so the fitting won’t loosen from vibration.
NPTF (Dryseal) threads and NPSL (National Pipe Straight Locknut) threads are compatible with NPT threads.
DIN 3852 fittings meet DIN standards for mating surface outer diameter. They have a Buna-N rubber gasket that resists grease, hydraulic oil, and motor oil—plus mild chemicals and water. The gasket stays in a groove undercut in the mating face, which prevents it from dropping out and from extruding when fittings are tightened. Black anodized and powder-coated fittings have a decorative matte black finish.
The contact surface on fittings with a flange extends beyond the external hex drive.

Spin-Weld Through-Wall Plastic Tank Fittings
Create a leak-free, durable connection in plastic tanks, walls, or panels without gaskets or sealants. As you spin these fittings with a handheld electric router, they melt into the surface of your tank for a seal without any joints. To hold these fittings in your router, you’ll need the installation tool (sold separately).
For proper installation, you’ll want to use a hole saw to drill a hole that matches the For Hole Diameter listed and check that your router meets the speed and power requirements shown in the table.

Plastic Pipe Fittings for Gasoline
Use these plastic fittings to connect gasoline fuel lines to machines and equipment. They have excellent corrosion resistance as well as high strength and impact resistance. Apply a non-hardening, plastic-compatible sealant to the male threads to prevent leaks. Tape or sealants with PTFE are not recommended for plastic-to-plastic threaded connections. When making a threaded connection be careful not to overtighten the threads. To prevent cracks and leaks, finger tighten the fitting, then wrench-tighten one to two turns.
Plugs with fluoroelastomer gaskets, also known as Viton® fluoroelastomer gaskets, ensure a tight seal. They also resist a wide range of chemicals, including benzene, butyl alcohol, and ethylene glycol.
Warning: Never use plastic pipe fittings and pipe with compressed air or gas.
Sealants cannot be sold to Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Northern Virginia, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or Utah due to local VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) regulations.

Instead of a gasket, these fittings have a special ring that is designed for high-vacuum applications, such as vacuum coating and heat treating, leak testing, and analyzing gases. Also known as KF, QF, and NW fittings, they are the most common type of connection in high-vacuum systems. Connect with a clamp and another quick-clamp fitting for fast, easy access to your line. To use fittings in pressure applications, use a pressure-rated ring (sold separately).
304 stainless steel fittings have very good corrosion resistance.
Note: To complete a connection, you’ll need two quick-clamp fittings, a ring, and a clamp (all sold separately).
