Made of self-extinguishing Pyrolon, these coveralls help comply with NFPA 2113 standards when worn over flame-resistant clothing. Pyrolon won’t melt or drip if intermittently exposed to flames, which reduces the risk of burns. These coveralls provide full body coverage and are breathable to keep you cool while working. They have a zipper down the front.
Open cuffs provide better airflow than elastic cuffs. Elastic cuffs help keep dirt and grime out better than open cuffs.
Use the size chart for general guidance. When choosing a size, consider individual body shape and clothing worn underneath.

These coveralls meet NFPA 70E standards for protection against electrical arc flashes. Check the personal protection equipment (PPE) category and minimum arc rating provided for your workplace, and then select all required clothing and personal protective equipment to meet the minimum arc rating. Arc rating measures a garment’s ability to insulate the wearer from burns; the higher the arc rating, the greater the flame resistance.
NFPA 2112 rated coveralls protect against flash fires.
Nomex aramid (men's) won’t melt or drip if it catches fire. It resists wear and abrasion better than other materials. It’s arc rated for PPE category 1.
Cotton (men's) is lightweight and provides better breathability than other materials. Coveralls are stitched with Nomex threads for added durability. They are self-extinguishing and arc rated for PPE category 2.
Cotton/nylon blend (men's) is soft, yet wear resistant, and provides better breathability than modacrylic/aramid blend and Nomex aramid. It’s arc rated for PPE category 2.
Acrylic/Buna-N (men's) is breathable and moisture wicking to keep you cool and dry. It’s arc rated for PPE category 2.
Carbon fiber (women’s), similar to acrylic/Buna-N, is lightweight, breathable, and moisture wicking to keep you cool and dry. It’s arc rated for PPE category 2.
Modacrylic/aramid blend (men's) provides better resistance against arc flashes and is more durable than cotton and acrylic/Buna-N. It’s arc rated for PPE category 4.
When measuring chest size, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under the coveralls. Long coveralls have added length in the torso, sleeves, and legs, so they are recommended for workers 6' 1" and taller.

These overalls meet NFPA 70E for protection against flames and electrical arc flashes. They’re adjustable for a snug fit that shields skin from hazards while keeping you mobile—tighten and loosen the suspenders and secure cuffs around boots with hook and loop straps. Choose a bib overall that meets the arc rated personal protective equipment (PPE) category required by your workplace. The higher the arc rating, the greater the flame resistance.
Find your waist size by measuring just above the top of your hip bone. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under these overalls.
Cotton/nylon overalls are rated Category 2 for protection against arc flashes, which is the most common rating for standard industrial applications. They are soft yet wear resistant, so they’re more breathable than modacrylic/aramid overalls. A water-resistant coating on these overalls keeps you dry. They have leg zippers, making it easy to pull the overalls over bulky boots. With hip slits on both sides, you can reach through to your pants pockets.
Modacrylic/aramid overalls are rated Category 4 to provide the highest level of protection from arc flashes. Made from the same material as the outer layer of a firefighter’s jacket, these overalls are extremely durable.

These suits meet NFPA 70E standards for protection against electrical arc flashes for personal protection equipment (PPE) category 2. They also meet ASTM F2733 standards for protection against flash fires. Check the PPE category and minimum arc rating provided for your workplace, and then select all required clothing and personal protective equipment to meet the minimum arc rating. Arc rating measures a garment’s ability to insulate the wearer from burns; the higher the arc rating, the greater the flame resistance. These suits are made of PVC-coated Nomex aramid. Jackets have snaps down the front and a storm flap to keep rain out. Sleeves have hook and loop cuffs; tighten to fit your wrist or expand to wear over gloves. The bib overalls have adjustable suspenders to modify the length.

Ultra-Flame-Resistant Clothing Kits
![](/prerenderstable/mvPRE/contents/gfx/imagecache/848/8480n12-@halfx_e9vvq_1737578512.png?ver=imagenotfound)
Withstand flash fire for up to 8 seconds—the clothes in these kits can protect you for twice as long as most flame-resistant clothing. Made of rayon/aramid, the coveralls and mask absorb moisture to keep you cool and comfortable.
The coveralls have a 10 ft. Kevlar strap, so nearby teammates can pull you to safety without putting themselves at risk if there’s a fire. The reflective stripes keep you easy to see where there's low visibility. The zipper closure on the front is covered by a hook-and-loop flap so it doesn't scrape equipment or get hot. The legs have zippers on the sides as well, so you can fit them over bulky boots. Tighten the hook and loop straps on the bottom of the pants to keep flames out. The sleeves have cuffs with thumb holes to keep the sleeves in place and prevent flames from sneaking in.
Measure around the fullest part of your chest to determine your size. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under the coveralls.

Welding Bib Overalls

Made of flame-resistant cotton, these overalls shield your torso and legs when welding or working near sparks. They're covered in leather from chest to knees for added protection from heat and cuts. These overalls have elastic in the waist and suspenders, so you can bend and reach without restriction. Zippers at the bottom of each pant leg make it easy to slip them over your boots. To keep sparks from reaching your skin, use the hook and loop strips to secure the cuffs tight around your ankles. Swiftly remove these overalls with quick-release buckles on the suspenders.

These overalls resist flames and wick moisture to keep you cool and protected from torso to toe. Made of PBI/Kevlar aramid fabric, they reflect radiant heat and protect you from sparks and molten metal. The fabric is lighter than other aluminized clothing fabrics, but still offers excellent abrasion resistance. These overalls are often used in steel mills and glass plants.
You can adjust the flame-resistant hook and loop straps on the cuffs at the bottom of the pants and on the waistband. This prevents hot particles from sneaking in and touching your skin. The suspenders are also adjustable.

Arc-Flash-Protection Equipment Kits
For protection from low-level arc flash hazards, these kits include several of the necessary safety items in a storage bag. All contents meet NFPA 70E standards for protection against electrical arc flashes for personal protection equipment (PPE) category 2. Check the PPE category and minimum arc rating provided for your workplace, and then select all required clothing and personal protective equipment to meet the minimum arc rating. Arc rating measures a garment’s ability to insulate the wearer from burns; the higher the arc rating, the greater the flame resistance. All hard hats have a ratchet adjustment with an easy-turn knob.
Style B kits come with coveralls, hard hat, face shield, hood, and two storage bags.
