Feeler Gauge Sets

With Flat Round Leaves
Keep a variety of leaf thicknesses on hand to confirm gaps are within tolerance. These gauges are often used to check the clearance around bearings and other machine parts, making sure there’s enough space to avoid friction and prevent wear. The leaves are riveted together in a folding fan design, so they’re easy to carry. Each leaf is marked with thickness for quick reference.
Steel and tool steel leaves are stronger, harder, and more wear resistant than stainless steel and brass leaves.
Sets with a leaf-securing lock hold individual leaves in place so they don’t move and disrupt measurements.
