Face Shield with Mounting Brackets (Safety Glasses Not Included)

Face Shield with Elastic Headband

For use in light duty applications that don’t require much impact resistance, these plastic shields protect your eyes, nose, and mouth from dust, liquids, sneeze and cough particles, and other debris. Because they’re lightweight, they’re comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Note: Shields do not meet ANSI/ISEA Z87.1.

Shields with an elastic headband have a padded frame for comfort.

Shields with mounting brackets attach to safety glasses or other eyewear. They’re less likely to interfere with hair, hard hats, or other head gear than shields with an elastic headband.

Disposable Respirators

Comfort Strap

As you breathe through them, these respirators filter out contaminants in the air. Throw them out when soiled, damaged, or breathing is difficult.

N95 respirators filter out 95% of solid particles. They are not oil resistant.

N99 respirators filter out 99% of solid particles. They are not oil resistant.

N100 respirators filter out 99.97% of solid particles. They are not oil resistant.

R95 respirators resist oil exposure for up to 8 hours and filter out 95% of solid particles.

P95 respirators resist oil exposure for up to 40 hours and filter out 95% of solid particles.

P100 respirators resist oil exposure for up to 40 hours and filter out 99.97% of solid particles.

Respirators with an exhale valve reduce breathing resistance and hot air buildup.

Respirators with a mesh shell hold their shape in heat and humidity.

Respirators with a comfort strap unbuckle to let the mask hang loosely around your neck when not in use.

Choose the correct size to create a good seal. Size S respirators fit children and adults with small features. Size M/L and one-size respirators fit most adults.

Respirators that cannot be sold outside of the U.S. and Canada are restricted due to product labeling requirements.

Spark-Resistant Disposable Respirators

Adjustable Nosepiece and Face Seal

Often worn for welding and grinding, these respirators resist igniting from flying sparks and flames. Made of flame-retardant polyester, they meet ASTM D2859 standards for flame resistance. As you breathe in, they filter out metal fumes, harmful particles, and other contaminants. Throw them out when breathing becomes difficult or if they’re damaged or dirty. Rated N95, these respirators filter out 95% of solid particles. N95 respirators aren’t oil resistant. They’re the best choice for short-term use in areas with low levels of contaminants. To prevent your mask from filling with hot, humid air, they have an exhale valve that quickly releases your breath.

To achieve the N95 filter rating, you'll need a respirator that creates a tight seal with your face to prevent contaminants from entering through the sides. Pinch the adjustable nosepiece to tighten the fit over your nose. Choose the respirator that matches the style you have been fitted for.

Respirators with a face seal reduce gaps between the mask and your face, so they keep out contaminants better than standard respirators.

Clean Room Disposable Masks

Made of low-linting fabric, these masks won’t shed fabric particles that could contaminate your clean room. They come double bagged and are suitable for use in clean rooms rated to both Federal Standard and ISO classes. In both systems, clean rooms with lower class ratings have fewer contaminants. Toss these masks out after each use so you’re always wearing a fresh mask. They fit tight around your face to prevent contaminants from escaping—just pinch the nosepiece.

Masks sterilized by gamma radiation have been through a process to reduce the level of bacteria and other microorganisms. They have a sterility assurance level of 10^-6, which means there is a 99.9999% chance that not one single microorganism remains after the mask is sterilized.

Masks with a head strap fit your face more tightly than masks with ear straps for a better seal.
