M29 Power Cords

Often used in automation systems such as conveyors and sorters, these cords have plug and socket ends, so they quickly connect and disconnect for maintenance and do not need to be hardwired. Because these cords carry higher currents than micro and mini cords, they can power equipment such as motors, fans, pumps, and automated machine tools. They are shielded to block out interference from nearby equipment. These cords meet UL 2237 and UL 2238, so they can be used in motor branch circuits of industrial machinery. They also meet TC-ER crush and impact requirements for exposed runs in cable carriers. IP rated, they protect against dust, washdowns, and temporary submersion.
Connect these cords to control cabinets and equipment with M29 power receptacles (sold separately).

M35 Power Cords
Like a tree trunk connecting to branches, these cords supply power to a chain of devices. Send power to high-amperage motors, robotic arms, and other machines in motor controls, conveyors, and sorting and packaging systems. All quickly connect and disconnect for easy installation and maintenance.
UL and C-UL listed, these cords meet American and Canadian safety standards. They comply with TC-ER requirements, so they withstand being hit and crushed when exposed. Their inner and outer insulation resist oil and water as well, thanks to their STOOW rating. IP and NEMA rated when connected, these cords resist corrosion and seal out dust and water from weather and washdowns. You can even safely submerse them for brief periods of time.
Attach M35 connectors or M22 cords and connectors to extend your power line and reach more devices in your system. Connecting tees link multiple pieces of equipment with M35 connections. Reducing tees join equipment with M35 connections to equipment with M22 connections.
Add a cap to protect these cords from dust when they’re not in use.
Optional locking clips stop your cord from coming loose when powering equipment that carries high amperage.

Hardwire Washdown Automatic-Wind Cord Reels

Connect the wires in your power cord to these reels for a permanent and protected connection—the screw terminals are in a gasketed dust- and water-resistant NEMA 4 enclosure. The included extension cord with wire leads resists water and oil. These reels have a direct-drive, lifetime-lubricated spring that provides reliable operation and long life for extension cord retraction. A ratchet holds the cord at any length; a quick pull retracts the cord. Or, flip a switch to disengage the ratchet and use the automatic take-up feature to maintain constant tension on the cord. A roller guide provides smooth winding.
Swivel base (sold separately) permits 345° rotation. Cord stops (sold separately) allow you to control how much cord retracts into the reel.

Mini Connectors
Often used to send power and signal to automated systems, motors, and pumps, these mini connectors carry higher currents than M5, M8, and M12 connectors. A threaded housing securely mates with other mini connectors and won’t come loose from shaking or vibration. They have a standard pole layout and housing thread size to reduce the chance you’ll mis-mate connectors.
Connectors with a 0.87" face diameter have the highest current ratings, so you can use them for heavier duty industrial machinery such as cooling fans, grinders, and conveyor systems. The plugs and sockets have a rubber cable outer insulation, which resists oil, water, and weld slag. This makes them a good choice for wet and harsh industrial environments.
When mated, these connectors meet IP or NEMA ratings. IP68 and NEMA 6P rated connectors protect against dust, submersion, washdowns, and weather.
Caps protect connectors and maintain their IP and NEMA ratings when not in use.
Thread adapters connect plugs and sockets that both have internal threads.

Deutsch-Style DC Connectors
Use these connectors in vehicles and other agricultural and construction equipment.
Connectors with a crimp-on connection require a crimper (sold separately) for wire installation.
Receptacles have snap-in pegs that secure them to circuit boards and relieve stress on the connector’s terminals when plugging and unplugging wires. Push the contacts through holes in your circuit board, then solder them on.
When mated, IP67 rated connectors create a dust- and watertight seal, even if briefly submersed.

M35 Power Connectors
Power robotic arms and other high-amperage machines in motor controls, conveyors, and sorting and packaging systems from your main M35 power line. Quick to attach and detach, these connectors are easy to install and maintain.
UL and C-UL listed, all meet American and Canadian safety standards. They’re UL 2237 rated, which means you can use them in motor circuits that extend beyond their circuit breaker or fuse. IP and NEMA rated when mated, these connectors also resist corrosion and seal out dust and water from weather and washdowns. They can even be under water for brief periods of time.
Straight plugs and sockets meet TC-ER requirements, so they withstand being hit and crushed when exposed. Their STOOW rating means their inner and outer insulation resist oil and water.
Connecting tees link multiple pieces of equipment with M35 connections. Reducing tees connect equipment with M35 connections to equipment with M22 connections.
