Blunt Screws for Wood

Often used for drawer slides and cabinet hardware, these screws—also known as Euro and Type B screws—create a strong hold in small, shallow holes in wood. They have a blunt tip that distributes strength throughout the entire length of the thread. They also form deep threads in materials such as particleboard, medium-density fiberboard, and hardwood. All of these screws are beveled under the head for use in countersunk holes. They require a drilled hole.
