Quick-Set Epoxy Structural Adhesives
For quick repairs, these epoxies begin to harden in 6 minutes or less. Epoxies are the strongest and most weather- and chemical-resistant structural adhesives.
The size listed is the combined total of the two parts. Use cartridges with a dispensing gun and mixer nozzle to simultaneously mix and dispense adhesives.
HY4090 is a blend of epoxy and instant-bond adhesive for a balance of strength, cure speed, and temperature resistance.
50132 works especially well on plastics and composites.

Fuel-Resistant Surface Fillers
Also known as sloshing compounds, these two-part epoxies bond to rough and rusty surfaces in fuel tanks to repair leaks and prevent further corrosion. They withstand permanent immersion in fuel, oil, and harsh solvents. Use them with metal, plastic, and fiberglass tanks. Mix the smaller can with the bigger one and pour into your fuel tank. Rotate the tank to coat the interior and dump out any excess. Allow to cure overnight. Size listed is the combined total of the two parts.
1.5-pint container can treat a 10-gallon fuel tank. 3-pint container can treat a 20-gallon fuel tank.

Heavy Duty EMI/RFI Shielding Coatings for Electronics
Coat electronics for durability in tough conditions while blocking EMI/RFI signals. Made of epoxy mixed with silver-coated copper, these coatings are stronger than acrylic EMI/RFI coatings. They are rigid enough to withstand the wear of access panels and industrial cabinets. You can also use them in engine compartments because they resist damage from high temperatures and chemicals. Also known as conductive paint, they shield your parts from interference that could cause circuit malfunction and data loss. Mix the two parts of these compounds together and paint them on components. These coatings cannot be sold to Canada due to product labeling requirements.

Paint for Metal
Paint metal surfaces to stop rust from starting and prevent existing rust from spreading. Scrape rusty areas clean before application. Although primer is not required for use on all materials, it can be used to prepare any surface to maximize the life and corrosion resistance of paint.
Acrylic paint is water-based and can be cleaned up with soap and water. It’s also known as latex paint. Paint with a 7-day overall dry time resists weather and mild chemicals once fully dry.
Apply paint in a one-gallon can with a brush, roller, or sprayer.
Safety-color paint comes in colors approved by OSHA to color-code safety equipment locations, physical hazards, and protective equipment. Safety red indicates danger and is often used on fire protection equipment, containers for flammable liquid, and switches on machinery. Safety orange indicates hazards and is often used on warning signs, construction equipment, and unguarded edges. Safety yellow indicates caution and is often used on tripping hazards, exposed edges, and start buttons. Safety green indicates general safety and is often used to identify first aid kits and other medical equipment and to explain safety procedures. Safety blue is used on “out of order,” “employees only,” and other general-information signs.
Paint that cannot be sold to the regions listed exceeds local regulatory limits on VOC (volatile organic compounds).

Galvanizing Zinc Primers for Metal
A high concentration of zinc gives these primers excellent corrosion resistance for protecting steel—when exposed to moisture and chemicals, the zinc rusts before the underlying steel can. They’re often used with structural steel to prepare the surface for paint while forming a protective layer. Apply with a brush, roller, or sprayer.
Epoxy primers have excellent abrasion resistance. The container size listed is the combined total of the three parts.
