Air Hose with Twist-Claw and Threaded Fittings
- Temperature Range: -40 to 200° F
- Material: EPDM Rubber
- Color: Black or Red
Hose is made of EPDM rubber, which is the most common material for air applications. The twist-claw fitting is also known as a universal hose coupling and is interchangeable with another regardless of hose size.
For any combination of hose length and fittings not listed in the table, please select 5138K999. Specify hose color (red or black) and length, and fitting type, material, and size on both ends.

Dry Abrasive-Material Hose with Claw Couplings for Abrasives
- Temperature Range: -20° to 175° F
- Material: Gum Rubber with Blended Rubber Cover
- Color: Black
Often called sandblast hose, this hose is made of tough gum rubber that stands up to sand, steel shot, and other abrasives. The hose and cover materials are conductive to dissipate static buildup. The couplings have a unique head style that connects only to other abrasive quick-connect couplings. To connect, push the couplings together and twist for a leak-tight seal.

Twist-Claw Hose Couplings for Air and Water
Also known as Chicago and universal couplings, these have an identical claw-style head that allows you to connect to another Chicago twist-claw hose coupling, regardless of the pipe size or barbed hose ID. To connect, push two couplings together with a quarter twist. Couplings have a safety clip and lanyard to prevent accidental disconnection.
Iron couplings are stronger and more durable than other metal couplings. Use in noncorrosive environments. Warning: There is no valve in these couplings. Stop the flow of air and water before you disconnect the line.
