Abrasion-Resistant Extension Cords
Thick insulation protects the internal wires of these cords, so they can be used in high-traffic areas and over rough surfaces. The industry designation is STW, so the insulation resists water.
Cords with a NEMA 14-50 plug and socket have a high current rating and are often used to power electric vehicles. The light on their socket illuminates when the cord has power. Their plug and socket have handles, making them easy to grip when plugging or unplugging them.

Extension Cord Adapters
Change the connection style between an outlet and your equipment.
NEMA 14-30 and NEMA 14-50 adapters are commonly used to charge electric vehicles. NEMA TT-30 adapters are often used to power RVs.
Adapters with a 90° elbow plug sit flush against wall outlets to fit in tight spaces.
Adapters with a power-indicating light have a light on the socket that illuminates when the adapter has power.
